Repaints \ Liveries \ Livery Manager

I have edited, the texture cfg and i have put the model in the aircraf cfg. However, from the middle part of the plane to the tail is being rendered black. So what it did wrong?

Hello Aerosoft, Just copied in some older liveries and some them have the line model= (empty) in the aircraft.cfg There is a 'model' folder in the new bus structure, and this worked in FSX before. However in P3D it does not work. When I change the line to model=GDBCF for instance for the A319 IAE this works.

Hello everyone, I am trying to install a repaint onto my professional bus. The file state's its been updated for p3d v4. When I install the livery using the installer it shows a darkened top part of the plane and dark shadows in the VC. Can anyone help with this?

Hello, I have discovered that for some reason the frontier liveries are not working. I moved the proper text.file to the folder and it comes up "preview not available." All other aircraft work fine, any suggestions?

Hi! Would it be possible to add the livery manager to the start menu folder for the A318/A319? As of now you have to navigate to the aircraft installation folder in order to reach it. It is not very difficult but hey, we are all lazy bastards.. Would love it if it was in the start menu as in the previous buses! Have a good night!

I can't seem to be able to use liveries from the old aerosoft airbus, It installs succesfully but when in the sim it just doesnt load, its all invisible. im pretty sure in the forums it was published that old liveries should work with the V4 version? Sorry if i got his all wrong!

Hi, Can I start by congratulating Aerosoft for a magnificent aircraft A couple of problems I seem to be having however: 1) upon touchdown, the spoilers deploy normally however I am unable to activate the reverse thrust by pressing F2 (when engines are idle). The weird thing is I can activate revers thrust when at a stand still but not upon touchdown. Maybe I am doing something wrong before landing? 2) The livery manager doesn't seem to be adding different liveries. I go through the normal steps of installing a livery but it does not add the livery to the list anywhere. When I go to add the same one again it tells me it is alre…

After downloading HB-IPV from here, I installed it using the livery manager. But when I chose it, there was no preview available, and no textures load upon loading.

Just a quick question for the New A318/A319 for the P3d.V4 release. Will the liveries found here in the data base work on the new product Airbus packs?

Hey All, would someone be able to put together a very basic idea of how to do a repaint? Perhaps a tutorial, I've been wracking my brain and managed to get paint on the existing paint kit, but can't get the liveries to show up at all, just an all black texture? All files are saved in DDS DXT5 format as stated on the paintkit manual. No idea what to do now

Please would you be able to write a guide with every step we need to take to make liveries work exactly as they were with the old product. For example the texture.cfg entries, the 'model' line in the aircraft.cfg, making sure the VC texture has the registration. Thanks in advance
