[Legacy] Aerosoft Updater

After the 1.4.0.0 update to the updater it has stopped working. it has worked fine with all the products i have installed. suddenly after the 1.4.0.0 update it does not show any products anymore. when i run the updater (as admin) a blank white screen comes up and does not go away until i try dragging the window around, then it goes into the normal updater window but not showing any products. today the updater uptdatet to 1.4.0.1 but that has not fixed the problem. i have attached all the pictures / files that might help fix this problem. thanks a lot for the help

It tells me: *** A NEW INSTALLER IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PRODUCT. *** *** PLEASE DOWNLOAD IT FROM YOUR SHOP ACCOUNT! *** I did an upgrade for p3dv4 but can't located the new installer. Under my Launcher, it's telling me that there's a New installer avail. Under my LAUNCHER I see all my airbuses from FSX to P3Dv4 and for some reason when i select an airbus for FSX, it will tell me no updates avail but when I select the professional models, I get an Error for the response saying this, picture attatched. Download NavDataPro Complete but I can't find the product key, as I do to activate it.

I'm sure this is a newbie mistake but after going though the manual I still can't figure out my problem. I think I've done everything to get NavDataPro to be able to see my X-Plane installation, but nothing happens when I click the update button. Why are the paths in the "Category-Properties" box red when the path in the products list green?

I´ve been downloading the new A330 and i´ve seen there was an update available. When I started the sim the following message appreared on the right side (log): Prepar3D 4.x gefunden (found): (C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\) Prepar3D 3.x gefunden (found): (C:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\) : folder does not exist! I´m on the newest version of P3d V4.5 . I hope that i also can fix my EFB problem with an update. Or is there any other way to get updates? I was looking for a topic in the forum but i couldn´t find any. Hoping for some help!

Hi everyone, I currently have 3 installations of Aerosoft. Two out of three show up in the Aerosoft Updater, but Aerosoft Frankfurt does not. I have discovered that in the products folder of the ASUpdater, there should be a frankfurt XML file, but it is missing. Any help is appreciated! Ben

Hi, I've installed update 1.0.0.4 for A330 prof however after this, I installed updates to my A320/A321 prof to version 1.2.5.2. This reinstalled the faulty Fuel Planner for A330 Prof. How can I reinstall v 1.0.0.4 for A330 Prof? There's no option to reinstall in AS Updater? thanks in advance

Hi all --thanks for the latest update which I have now installed and seems to work OK. Question . On the updater page on the banner heading for Aerosoft, between the aircraft tail and the logo, it still shows that I have version v1.3.0.2. Should this have changed to 1.0.4.0? bobby 70

Hello again. I'll ask again becuase maybe I'm asking in the wrong place; I've now spent six hours trying to update my A330. I've tried everything, so in essence, here is my problem; When I now open Updater, an error messages pop up saying "No Installed Products Installed". I have the A330, A320, CRJ and Heathrow installed. I've tried reinstalling, I've deleted everything but the A330, then I've tried installing every except the A330. In short, It's my one weekend off and I've started it by trying to simply get a product I've paid for to work. All I want is to update the A330 and rid myself of the bugs on the original version. Hello folks, Would it be possible to get a zip posted in the Download section with a standalone version of the latest version of the Airbus Installer/Updater and relevant files? I inadvertently deleted mine. If I can avoid it I'd prefer not to execute the entire installation process all over again. I'm running v1.2.5.0 of A318/319 and A320/321. I'd like to tryout the latest experimental version after making some changes to my PC. Thanks!

Problem with Trodheim Scenery. Hey! After the first test flight to Trondheim ENVA, stage performance worked well. Everything looked natural. The next time I landed, everything changed, all the details that were ok were no longer there. I uninstalled the scene and made a new installation, and even worse results. See attached picture. Noted your issue for the CRJ updater for Steam, but I have P3DV4 and having the same issue. I'm having an problem with my CRJ install, but don't want to proceed in the forum with the problem until I'm sure the program is completely updated. Darrel Z

I'm not having any luck getting the software installed into the sim. I tried to do it manually and select with it's installed but it keeps telling me that it can't be located. Any luck in getting help? Thanks/ David.

I have the Aerosoft Airbus Professional A320 series. Since updating via Aerosoft Updater when I load any of the variants I get a message as illustrated below. Four sound files are missing: 1) ASC_Coffee0,wav 2) ASC_DualInput.wav 3) PriorityLeft.wav and 4) PriorityRight.wav The system is obviously trying to find these files, so I guess they should be there. The next thing that happens is that I then, after a pause, I get a CTD. First question: is the CTD related to these missing files (for example, could there be other missing files?). Hello Is it possible to make the updater ignore the add-on.xml check? As many others, I use the Lorby organizer and keep all my Aerosoft addons in one add-on.xml. The updater fails to update unless it detects the originally created add-on.xml for each product. Thanks for your consideration.

Hi, initially the updater closed itself after starting up. I read through a similar post below and I found two XML files that are causing this issue. When using the 3rd file only it works normally. I have seen in a now closed topic that the Mega Airport Madrid Professional should be displayed in the Updater. It seems not to be the case in my installation. What have I to do? Regards, Domingos
