For the last 5 topics regarding the solution,we have null.I still have problem.I made fresh install 320 and 330 for P3 V4.5 but livery manager starts with error and then only shows A318 series even i did not install never.

Good day I have the A318 to A330 installed and the DC-8, however the A320, A330 and DC-8 all show up in the Livery Installer. The A318 and A319 do not. As you can see below the XML is there. A318 and A319 all load in the sim no problem. Any suggestions thanks Bob.

I just found out that I should be using Livery Installer instead of Livery Manager with my A32x Professional for P3Dv4.5 and Win10. But it seems that I need to populate the Product and Aircraft Model boxes before I can use it as I keep getting the message "No product and aircraft model could be found for use with this livery" each time I try to install a livery from a zip file. Looking at the livery packages I have, none has any product file that I can see. The cfg file shows the LastInstallPath as the folder where I keep my livery zip files, if that is relevant. Any suggestions what I should do?

I recently purchased the great A318/A319 Pro for P3D V4.5, hoping it would install into my new P3D V5. Unfortunately, it doesn't. Is there a projected time frame for your release of the P3D V5 installer? Joe LaBracio

Hello, I have this issue, I installed the EasyJet G-EZTR from this site, and when I want it to install in the sim via Livery Manager, the Livery Manager freezes and crashes immediately. I don't have that when installing other liveries

Hallo, I don't want to continue to be a nuisance but after having finally managed to run the program and installed the liveries of other airlines, when I load Prepar3D V.4.5 the plane is invisible both inside the vehicle window and at the gate or on the runway. I don't understand why or if there is something to modify inside aircraft.cfg. I searched around here and there but what I could finally find was both difficult to understand or maybe too much technical. Hi, I may have found out what the problem is. When you download the software from Aerosoft's store this comes to us under zipped folder. When we unzip it we find the .exe and a folder called Product. Inside the Product folder there are some files (PIC2). In Ducument, where we find the Aerosoft folder which is created, the Product folder is empty. What you have to do is copy the folder from the unzipped file and paste it inside the LiveryInstaller folder (PIC3). Finally the long-awaited window opens (PIC4). So it appears that I can no longer use any of my previous A318 liveries before this latest update. I understand we have to make our own and put some text files somewhere lol.. but I have no idea how to do this. There was a link that said "go here and these liveries will work". Well I downloaded one and it did not work. EDIT: I realize I am stupid and should have RTFM lol.. so I did not export my old liveries because I am working on a new re-install of P3D. It's not working. I need help setting this up. All the files that came with the plane I have. I click install liveries, go's to my documents. Do I install from a zip?. I usualy open the zip file and put the text file in. Either way I have no result's.

Hi, With the new update to version 1.3.1.0 two tools do not work. When I start Aerosoft Livery, a pop up window appears warning me of a Microsoft.NET Framework problem (see PIC1) and if I start A3XX Livery Manager tool the link is missing (PIC2). I uninstalled and installed Aerosoft A320-A321 Professional for Prepar3D v4.x several times but I can't solve my problem. Can somebody please help me out? Or can anyone tell me how I can completely remove Aerosoft A320-A321 Professional for Prepar3D v4.x from all folders and locations before attempting a new installation? Hello, i have had this problem for a while now and i have tried everything to fix it. I have tried reinstalling AS333 and removing all files that it has, altso tried uninstalling ASUpdater and removing all of its files. nothing helps. When i try booting up the updater it will only show a white screen as you can see in the picture below. it will remain in that screen for ever. if i try moving the window around then it changes into what it should look like, but it does not show any of my products (only the A333 should be there). but it says that i have multiple updates to install. hope that someone can help me fix this problem. i will at…

evening all prior to the update the new installer worked but now when i drop a zip for the a333 IT SAYS No product and aircraft model could be found for use with this livery. strange. however if i add it manually it installs the paint into the p3d. thanks Steve.

No issues yesterday, today it opens up, white blank window is shown for some seconds and then it closes down without error message or notice. Hi, I have a problem with my AS updater, as it crashes on launch, i only get a white window when i run it, the app is fully enabled in the firewall etc, so there shouldn't be a problem. Does anyone have a fix for this?

It was V 1.0.0.0 downloaded (AS_CHANIA-IOANNIS-DASKALOGIANNIS-AIRPORT_V1000.zip) When I use ASUpdater, I well find this airport under "installed products". The installed issue seems to be v 1.0.1.2. Good Day I bot on Feb.14 2019 from FSPilotshop wich is your dealer the Aerosoft A320/321 Professional for P3D4.4 program. They send me a CD ASD-2154 and mentioned that License key code in order email. I download that program but now as I clean up my computer and install from CD the program , asked to add the licensse key. I try to find it but without sucess. I'm using the A330 Pro issue 1.0.0.8 and during installation, it's the "Livery Manager A318-A319.exe" which is installed !! I'm with P3D V4.5 And, of course, I can not add the liveries already downloaded from Aerosoft web site. I have also the A320 Family professional Bundle (A318 - A319 - A320 - A321) and I have one Livery Manager for A318-A319 and another one for A320-A321, well working both. Where is the problem ?? Hi All, I'm running Windows 10 and shortly after the most recent Windows update, the Aerosot Updater has stopped working. When I run the program (in administrator mode) a blank white window opens for a few seconds, then closes. I've made no changes to my sim, or any Aerosoft products since it was working last. The only thing I can think of is a routine Windows update that happened recently. Can the updater alone be re-installed? Thanks in advance. DB

Hi, Just installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 and re-installed P3D from scratch. As soon as you think all will be good in the world lol, now the Aerosoft A330 I purchased can't be updated for some reason after installing. The download takes forever to get to one point and then crashes with the message shown below. Aerosoft team, any ideas as to why this is happening? Thanks Marc.

All of my Aerosoft aircraft show up in the updater, but none of my scenery. I have a few friends who've told me that they have their aerosoft scenery there as well. I cannot figure out why mine isn't appearing. Is there a way to rescan my system or however it finds it so it keeps my scenery updated as well?

I have the Aerosoft Tomcat and Andras Field scenery on my PC. Bought both from Aerosoft. According to a forum post I read on Aersoft's website, there is a update to the F-14 Tomcat, but the download link on my account still has a date of 2018. If the "Updater" tool is supposed to be utilized to update the Tomcat, what can I do if I do not have it installed? Please advise. Thanks, Pete

Found today the Zagreb Prof 32b-version in my shop account, as promised by Aerosoft -:) After downloading and installing , I ran the ASUpdater. Because the announcement of availability was made 18 hours ago by Mr Matthijs, I am assuming here that including the 32b version into ASUpdater is WIP Any info would be appreciated Thanks in advance Johan
