Hi, After a complete reinstall of windows and my products, the updater was working fine and showed all my products, and allowed me to update as required. When I ran the updater today it now only shows my Honeywell yoke in both P3D v4 and v5 It should also show: Purchased through Aerosoft Balearic Islands professional - Menorca P3D4 & 5 Balearic Islands professional - Ibiza P3D4 & 5 Mega Airport Barcelona professional P3D4 & 5 Purchased though 3rd Party AEROSOFT - MEGA AIRPORT FRANKFURT V2 PROFESSIONAL P3D4 & 5 AEROSOFT - MEGA AIRPORT MADRID PROFESSIONAL P3D4 & 5 AEROSOFT…

I have to reinstall ASUpdater (disappeared after last update Windows 10) but I do not find the link to download it kindly you can indicate it thank you FSX _SE

Hi Guys{UPDATE} The Product text files of the Airbuses had wrong letters at the top section.corrected it and the updater is fine. After installing the A318 A320 for P3D V5 the updater will not load. Bye, David

Hi: I have an issue with the livery installer isn't working at all for the 318/319/320/321, it is saying ''No product and aircraft model could be found for use with this livery'' I tried with all the liveries. ''I got 'P3DV5 and Windows 10 and 318/319/320/321 Professional p3dv5 installer. Thanks

I reinstalled Aersoft A318/319 Airbus Professional, and the ASUpdater does not function. It opens with a blank screen and then closes. I am running P3D 4.5 however, I recently updated windows 10 to the latest version. Could this update be the cause of all my problems.

Hi i am having an issue with the updater, i have the lastest windows 10 version (2004) installed. when i turn off my anti-virus the software installs fine and i am able to use AS updater, but as soon as i turn it back on and go to load the AS updater the screen will load up white then disappear within a few seconds. i have put the whole Aerosoft file that is located in my Document as an exclusion, but no joy. any help would be great.

hi the aerosoft updater stopped working after installing the 319/320 1400 for p3d5 ! just gives white page then crashed .. thank u

Greetings, Today I finally got around to updating the 'buses in P3Dv4.5. As per the instructions, I uninstalled then reinstalled the A318/319/320/321/333. All seems to be well, except that the A333 does not show up in the AS Updater list of products. All the others are there: A318/319 A320/321 CRJ700/900 DC8 Any suggestions? Regards, Scott

why doe none of the liveries install with the new intstaller?

good evening installers of the professional A320 and professional A330 contradict each other. that of the A320 uses the documents folder of my disk D well but that of the A330 uses the system disk C by default for the documents part which prevents the operation of a lot of things. Who still uses the disk C for documents with a simulator? for P3DV4.5 it then it is impossible to have satisfactory operation for the fuel for the updater, etc. if you could solve this problem quickly thank you in advance

I encountered a strange issue when deleting liveries. I normally delete all liveries that I do not use and for that purpose the new Livery Manager comes in handy. Ater having deleted all but two liveries, the A330 would not start anymore, even more so loading the A330 resulted in a CTD if P3DV5. I tried to analyze the situation and therefore made a brand new install of P3DV5 HF1 on my Office Computer, to make sure no "gremlins" had crawled up my system during the previous work. After installing The A330 and deleting all unnecessary liveries the situation was unchanged. Loading the A330 ended in a CTD again. Loading a default A/C and then loading the A330 did not change an…

Hello, My name is mesoma and i have been using aerosoft for almost a year now and then i got the airbus a330 300 series and then it came with the aerosoft updater but i didnt seem to find any of my aerosoft products on it and it keeps showing me the error log which i do not understand. Hello, i run into Problems since i have installed A330PRO. Now newer installed AS-Programs are not seeing in the Updater. So i installed A330Pro, not visible in the Updater, So i installed GnefV200, not visible in the Updater. But since GenfV200 i see a secound icon to open the updater on my desktop. the old version V1.5.0.0 is installed here: "D:\USERNAME\Aerosoft\ASUpdater" the newer Version V1.5.0.0 (Installed with GenfV200-Airport) is installed here: "C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Aerosoft\ASUpdater" with AS-Installers seems we run into Problems now? Doubled installs? hope you can fix this shortly! Thomas

I just installed the new 1.0.1.0 version of the A330 after the updater notified me that it is released. After installing it there is now no entry for the A330 in the updater anymore.

I have updated the 318/319 and the 320/321, as well as the CRJ product to Professional. Current versions all. So now I have this 'brand new livery installer which works a little different than the one before' to quote Hans. Evidently this new widget requires a file called "liveryinstaller.txt" inside the .zip archive. What is the point of this, exactly, if none of the existing livery files do not have this txt file? Are we supposed to go back and edit each and every zip folder out there before we use this installer? Wouldn't be simpler to just manually install? What was wrong with the old installer? Good Evening, I seem to have an issue where my livery installer isn't working at all for the 318/319 it is saying the .exe doesn't exist and when I run it from the 320/321 it says that I do not have the appropriate products installed, this has happened with 5 different liveries. I have the 318-321 and 330 all installed and updated to their latest versions. Also I am not able to add any liveries by installing them manually either. Thanks Angelo

Fresh install today of A330 in P3D.4 as per Forum guide on reinstallation but product has not shown in Updater. The install has worked perfectly but notice in the AS updater product file there is no 330 xml file although it is in the P3D add on Aerosoft A330 entry.

How do you install the AIrbus A333 livery into P3Dv4? for example Delta AIrlines N831NW. The instructions with the addon appear to be for FSX. Thank you Ken Hand
