[Legacy] Aerosoft Updater

Hello Aerosoft, Hoping you can help me here with a issue with the Aerosoft Updater. I've recently, reset my pc to keep all its documents and such, to install P3D v5. It worked great, along with the usual hiccups you encounter. After installing the CRJ and A333, I came to find out the updater just opens briefly and then shuts down. I've checked and updated my Windows with latest updates. Tried of running it thru different modes Event Viewer points at Kernelbase.dll It keeps opening and a few seconds later before anything loads up it crashes to desktop. Quand j’ouvre l’installateur de livrée en direct voici les deux fenêtres qui apparaissent: Les livrées de base fournies ne sont pas affichées (mais elles sont présentes dans le simulateur P3D...) Je peux encore installer des livrées supplémentaires (du forum Aerosoft par exemple) J’ai la dernière version de Microsoft.NET Framework 4.8 Est-ce que vous pouvez m'aider? Merci, cordialement

Hello, I accidentally deleted my xml files from product folder and the updater does not show me the product, is any solution without reinstaling all add-ons? Best Regards Marcin

ASUpdater will not launch,i get a white box then it shuts down,i am also getting issues as when i try to install the MSFS Drivers for Bravo Throttle i get errors " an error occurred trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed:code 5 Access is denied

Just installed the latest version of Simstarter NG P3D, but is does not show in Aerosoft updater. I can't find it also in Docs/logs and products. What can be wrong? regards Alex

Opening Simstarter I see this warning (see attached file): Auto update impossible. Please download update from Aerosoft support. There is nothing in the Aerosoft updater program. How can I update to version 2.1.2? regards Alex Doc2.pdf

After installing Eham Schiphol airport i still get error messages . Is there anyone who can give me some advice what's the cause of this error? I'm using x-plane 11.50 Vulcan and text file is added to this topic eham error.txt

After installing the free scenery Paderborn on MSFS , when I open the Aerosoft Updater, it crashes after a white window appears for some seconds. Installed version 1.6.0.0. I'm not sure if this is the correct topic to put it in but, there needs to be more cursed liveries for the Aerosoft A320, Like a BEA one or BOAC, You can even do train operating companies like Northern and more.

Hello I recently purchased this product according to order # 1 Jan 2021 04:43:00 AM 1120281511 for p3d v3 and cannot install because it's not found in p3d database. I understand this is an awkward situation but need to know if anyone had the same situation and what is it to be done thank you.

Hey, I have no idea why it is happening but everytime I try to Update EDDF to version 1.2.1.1 the Updater Crashed after download. I just got P3Dv5 a week ago and still have v4.5 on my sim computer but on a separate drive from the v5 sim. I have A320 series and A330 installed in both v4.5 & v5. When I try to use the livery manager to load a new livery made for our VA in v5 it tells me that file is already exists (but it is in v4.5 not v5). It is true the livery is already installed but it is in v4.5. I looked for the simobject\aircraft folder for v5 but can't find where they are installed. The aircraft installer said it was going to put the a/c in my Prepar3D v5 Addons folder but there is nothing there but other folders like FSUIP6, Traffic Global, etc. I do have the simobject\aircraft…

Hi All, I have 4 Aerosoft addons and 3 of them install the ASUpdater with the product. Antarctica X for P3D5 DC-8 50 (think it's 50!) CRJ Professional for P3D5 all install the updater. I also have the Twin Otter, but this was purchased through Just Flight. This does not install the Updater. Anyway, I installed Antarctica X first and this installed ASUpdater. I ran the updater and I could see Antarctica X was in there. I then installed either the DC-8 or the CRJ next, I don't remember which one unfortunately. For some unknown reasons i had CTDs with the A330 after the latest update of the A330 on P3D 4.5 HF3, so i decided to un/re-install the A330. The version i see in my account is 1010, so i downloaded and installed that (leaving the smaller busses untouched). After rebooting i started the updater with the following result (see picture) : wether i allow to install RAAS or reject (i do have the full version) i always end with '...installation aborted' and the updater hangs. Hallo zusammen, suche mir einen Wolf nach dem Config Tool von Honeycomb (für den Alpha Yoke) für P3D V5. Da steht nur lapidar "über AS Updater" Ich habe alles in P3D installiert, was ich von Aerosoft habe, aber im Updater erscheint das Tool nicht. Ich habe auch noch keine andere Möglichkeit gefunden, es zu finden, weder hier im Forum, noch auf der Webseite von Aerosoft. Das File auf der Honeycomb Seite für P3D V5 bekomme ich nicht entpackt, kommt immer der Fehler "Datei beschädigt" Ich habe das sicher 10 x runtergeladen und mit den verschiedensten Packern zu entpacken versucht. I uninstalled all products and reinstall only AS330 for p3dv4 but is the same issues i tried to install old version 1.4.0.0 but at startup he update it automaticlly and crash after it. Hi Aerosoft Is is possible to update the files to "My instant downloads" as long as the AS updater is unstable? Well it is not working for me, and I follow the string with the troubles with updater. In updater this is the talest files. And it looks like there is gab to the latest versions. I have just installed the A320/321, A318/319, A330 and the CRJ Pro in P3d v4.5 (in that specific order). I found all aircraft installed in the folder F:\MyDocuments\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons – as expected. However when I opened the AS Updater, I find no A330! After some investigation, I found that though for the A320, A319 and CRJ the ASUpdater was installed in my F:\MyDocuments\Aerosoft – as it should – the A330 installer decided to install the AsUpdater in a different folder (C:\Users\Ed\Documents\Aerosoft) – this without any intervention of my part. my problem regarding the update is after updating the buses the configurators of the small buses did not open. I solved by copying the cpdlc file from 330 to the small buses. however I read that something might have gone wrong during the update. i dont think this happened because i ran aes update as administrator and i have all aerosoft folders excluded from my av. as soon as I opened the configurator the window cpldc.ini not found came out. Other users suggested me to uninstall the buses and repeat everything but I have a lot of fs2crew liveries and more that I would not have to uninstall to solve.
