[Legacy] Aerosoft Updater

Hello, Currently trying to update my CRJ 550/700 from the V1.0.3.0 that was released a few days to the V1.0.4.0, upon opening the ASUpdater application my product isn't being listed and there seems to be a system XML issue. As shown in the attached screenshot my CRJ is being found but not being shown in the usual dropdown that would be on the left side. Hoping to find a fix for this is sue so I can once again fly the beautiful CRJ with this throttle fix.

Ok I have tried ready back posts. But its totally unclear to me how to install aditional liveries for the CRJ ? Can someone help me out please.. Much appreciated. Dutch250

Good day, I have ASUpdater v1.6.0.0. After I start it, full white screen appear and 5-6 seconds later it closes without any error, notification etc. All my products XML files are correct (I also deleted all and try, same). Hello guys, I bought the a330 and a320/a321 from simmarket. Yesterday I rebooted my pc and wanna install the aerosoft products again. Im try to update the products and open the updater. After open the updater for few second, it automatically disappear. I'm pretty sure I turned off all the anti-virus and window defender. My p3d version is V5.1 hotfix 1. I have an issue with the livery manager v2.2.0.0. I have just reinstalled the A318/319/320/321, the A330, the CRJ Professional and the DC8. After each install all the liveries showed correctly. Then after a subsequent install the previous liveries disappeared. For example I installed the 320/321 first, all liveries were correct. I then installed the 318/319 and those liveries were correct, but the 320/321 were now missing from the livery manager. This persisted with each new install, culminating with the final install, the DC8 whose liveries are correct, all other aircraft livery are missing in the manager. Please see attached images. …

I have the livery installer for the Aerosoft CRJ Pro. I downloaded a livery from your forums for the Northwest livery for the CRJ900. I followed your .pdf file instructions to make it so the livery installer would install it. It will not do it. I have attached the file. :Please let me know what I am doing wrong. Attached is a screenshot of the settings for the installation of LIMC scenery. Note where the ASUpdater is set to be installed. I'm setting up a new computer and this is the first Aerosoft software to be installed (I have many Aerosoft products). I'm pretty certain that the updater should be in ...\ericd\Documents\... and not ...\ericd\OneDrive\Documents\... This behavior continues even after I delete the folder ...\Users\ericd\OneDrive. Something in the Registry causing this? I certainly do not want to use OneDrive for any installations. Any ideas why the LIMC installer would do this and how to fix it? …

Hello, how is it possbile to integrate my AS Scenery for X-Plane into the ASUpdater? The Updater itself recognize that X-Plane11 is installed and also the VErsion and the Location of it, but the Scnery is not shown.

ASUpdater_App_Log.txt ASUpdater just starts then immediately quits, the logfile says something about "Update found" but no update is installed. What to do now?

Hallo Zusammen, ich habe mir bei SimMarket den Flughafen Berlin-Brandenburg für den MSFS gekauft. Nun habe ich gesehen, dass es bei Aerosoft bereits ein Update auf eine neuere Version gibt. Im Downloadbereich von Simmarket wird kein Update angeboten und man hat mich an Aerosoft direkt bzw. den ASUpdater verwiesen. Aber wo kann ich diesen AS Updater downloaden ? Purchased CRJ 550/700 for MSFS from the AS website, downloaded the zip file, took out the .exe file and installed. (It was installed into the MSFS\Community folder.) Bonjour, j'ai fais la mise a jour depuis Aerosoft Updater vers le version 1.4.2.1. Depuis lors du lancement j'ai un message d'erreur sur un fichier son et lors du chargement des vues, P3D plante et retour au bureau. Quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème et réussi à la solutionner ? Je n'avais pas de problème avec la version précédente 1.3.1.0 Je suis sous P3D V4.5 à jour.

Hi everyone, after a clean installation of the new Aerosoft CRJ Pro version 2.4, I re-installed the Alitalia Livery downloaded in the related section. As per the topic title, this livery is totally black and so the cockpit texture . I deleted the Shader folder but nothing happened; of course, all the installed default liveries works perfectly. When i launch asupdater i get the banner on the left saying "checking for updates. please wait" and 2 seconds later the app just closes. is it just a bug or could i have done something?

Hi, ASUpdater (v. 1.6.0.0) has always worked fine so far but is now crashing each time after loading. I have checked the log file which does not show errors and the xml files which seem to be ok. Next I would like to reinstall but I can't find an installer. I guess the program was installed with a scenery but I can't remember which one. Can it be downloaded stand alone? I haven't found it in the download section. Best regards

ASUpdater crashes every time I try to open it. Looks like something while trying to read the Aerosoft MSFS installations ( ? ). I have the latest MSFS installation installed, version 1.13.16.0. ASUpdater xml file looks fine, I suppose (attached). Attach error message from the event viewer and ASUpdater log files. I have no idea what is the problem now. Can you please help me? Since Friday the updater crashes after selecting the flight simulator. Where is the problem.

I have installed the Aerosoft A320/321 Professional series as recommended in the Forum (Recommendation on HowTo Install the Airbus Pro) in a seperate folder (Addons) on my G drive but not, as also recommended, in the P3Dv5. P3Dv5 is also installed on this G drive but in a seperate folder P3Dv5. In P3Dv5 I can select all the Airbus aircraft as wished with no problems. The Livery Manager only indicates the P3Dv5 folder so how can I load any liveries when my aircraft are in another folder as indicated G:/Addons and not in the P3D folder?

Hi everybody, few minutes ago I tried to load the Aerosoft Updater in order to check for possible updates. It's impossible because my Antivirus software (Kaspersky) always come with the message that the internet access is blocked because of a Trojan malware. Hello so I recently tried installing a livery by a VA called FLYUK It showed as Installed in the livery manager but when I go in game its not there, same thing happens with other liveries from AVSIM sometimes, I installed the liveries for PMDG 737 and 777 It installed and I could run it perfectly but for aerosoft a321 and it doesnt work.
