[Legacy] Aerosoft Updater

Hello , I just bought and installed Grenchen into my Msfs2020 and i got the following error in my ASUpdater Please see attachment Thank you Mike Georgiou

Hi everyone my updater able to find A318-319 but completely fail to detect A320-321, all installations were done properly , as admin with all antivirus off also I checked my xml files are located , may anybody help to me?

Hello, today I downloaded the MSFS Paderborn Lippstadt airport and when I opened the ASupdater that came with it, the Installed Products section was blank as shown below: although the XML file was in the products folder. I looked at some old discussions of this same problem and therefore opened MSFS to see if it would detect the products, restarted my computer multiple times, and reinstalled the airport, yet this problem is still occurring. Something I think might be causing this issue is that the ASupdater is installed in my admin account and not my main account, although in the setup I had no choice about where to install the files. Hi does anyone know why raas pro wont update when aerosoft a320 was re installed i started fsx after install i got the message do you want to up date yes when taken to the website i get a error message error 504 this webpage cant be found so it cant be updated which is frustrating any ideas as to why this is after it had installed ok before thanks

With every update of the busses and CRJ the livery installer don't show liveries. The airplanes are in stalled in C:\P3Dv4 Addons\. Is this the right path? Formerly the were in C:\users\...\Documents\Aerosoft. I'd like to know what is wrong? Regards, Hans

I have win10 and the CRJ 550/700 with no updates to date. I purchased the CRJ on day of release directly from Aerosoft, but have been away from my pc ever since. Hi, I own nearly all Aerosoft MSFS addons. This morning, the updater shows me 4 MSFS products I own having updates available: Wasserkuppe, Bali, Friedrichshafen, Simwings Hamburg None of them can be updated automatically via the Updater. This means, I will have to login into my account, redownload the full installers, unzip them, start the installation and find and reenter the product credentials (for some products the 3rd or 4th time already). Since yesterday my AS updates, is only showing P3Dv5 products installed on my computer, no longer MSFS products. However, the Aerosoft products are all there and show in Contrails. Any advice on what might be the problem?

Nach update 1.0.5 aerosoft crj 550 startet der flusi nicht mehr, bricht beim Laden ab. wenn ich das Flugzeug aus dem packages Ordner lösche, funktioniert fs 2020 wieder. Das muss doch am update liegen, oder? Wer kann helfen?

Would it be possible to add the product xml file for the CRJ so that it Is possible to use the ASUpdater for the CRJ in MSFS2020, if you normally install from the marketplace within MSFS2020 where the original purchase was made?

The Update option for MSFS is greyed out despite updates available in RED for the CRJ and Airports. How do i reinstall to try to fix this? It worked before the recent MSFS Update and yes I've run MSFS..

My ASUpdater is empty. I have V1.0.3.0 for my CRJ and I'm trying to upgrade it to V1.0.5.0. It doesn't show any plane or anything and but it doesn't say "No products found" either. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling with Firewall and Antivirus set to OFF. I always install these things as Admin too. Hello, Recently I've encountered an issue with the ASUpdater app. When I run it an attempt to update my installed products, it gives me the following log and doesn't display my installed products. I only have MSFS products and I have them installed in the default Community directory. I have tried just about everything to resolve this issue on my own but I believe it might be something on your end. Hi! First I had this strange problem with the AS Updater not recognizing any of the installed Aerosoft Airports or CRJ for MSFS after installing CRJ 1.0.5.0 through the updater. However that issue was resolved after starting MSFS once again. The updater claim the CRJ is up to date, version 1.0.5.0. But in MSFS Content manager it says version 1.0.4. Bought Paderborn, CRJ, Munich Airport and Braco Throttle from Aerosoft. All these products are NOT listed in ASUpdater. Briefly is shown "Check for updates", then an empty list. Reinstalled the CRJ and also a new ASUpdater (old one renamed), restarted ASUpdater and MSFS2020 numerous times without any result. Any help will be appreciated! Best regards, Ben Steggink

Hi, I have had a frustrating time trying to update from 1.0.2.0 (Latest file at Simmarket) to the latest stable (non experimental) release. The Updater would always hang at this point... and had to be quit using task manager. Downloading and unpacking Version_1030\AddonMain.zip... Installing Version_1030\AddonMain.zip... After a lot of experimenting I found that using the Global Server resolved this and the update completed.
