[Legacy] Aerosoft Updater

Hello, after the last update 1.0.17, the radio dont work properly on MFS. I cant hear the ATIS, the voice start speaking but get stucked and repeat the begining one time and another, and when i respond to a controller, i don hear my own voice. It only happen after the update and only with the CRJ. Is known this issue? Any solution?thanks in advance.

My updater is saying there's a new updater from v1.6.0.1. On the bottom it says download it from my shop account. I went to Flightsim.com and opened my account and downloaded the "latest" files and installed them. My updater is now v1.6.0.1. Yes, it didn't update. So, where do I get the new updater? I'm assuming what I see in my account is the latest versions. (updater is saying I have version 1.4.0.1 installed with an available version of 1.4.3.0. So, it looks like Flightsim.com is still giving me an old version from April, 2021)

As the title says, i can't seem to get what seems like every single livery working for the Aerosoft A320/A321, the problem also happens with the A318/A319 busses. After installation, upon opening the sim, the plane is this chrome colour with plenty of artefacts. What I don't get is that this happens even with newer liveries, even up to 2019. So what's going on ? Are they made for a way older version which no longer works as expected ? If so, how can I get them to work ? Also, upon opening the DDS files using Photoshop, the default liveries seem to be transparent while the older ones aren't. All the stuff i'm running is P3d v4.5 , Tomato…

hey there, I have a question I was looking today at some liveries and I downloaded them but in the reame folder it sai I need to have aerosoft updater to download them so went wen up looking but I coud not find it anywhere could you pleas help me.

Hi there. I am having a problem with the A330 Livery install, I downloaded a few and add it to the aircraft cfg along with the texture folders and its not showing up in the livery manager or the sim. I even copied some of the original cfg entry formats but still nothing. Please help.

Hello, I purchased MSFS direct with Microsoft Store a year ago and have used Store to upgrade when necessary. Having just installed Honeycomb Bravo, I found the lights did not work....common issue, I'm told. Searching the web, I stumbled blindly and finally found a solution. But, amongst all my 'downloads', I have ASUpdater on my screen and I don't know why I installed it. Can someone kindly advise me if I can safely uninstall this program without impacting an MSFS or associated add-ons? A screenshot is attached. Thanks for any assistance HV

I have 2 issues with Livery Installer and I bet both have same root cause. As you can see on attached screen I cannot see any livery on the list. And I have many of them, I can select them in P3D. Secondly, when I am trying to add new liveries I am getting the below error msg. AS Updater and re-install did not help sadly. cheers, &

Hello Gang! My Aerosoft Updater no longer shows my AS products. It launches but it does not show any of my products anymore (image attached). This started happening today all of a sudden. I have launched MSFS2020 and selected Aerosoft products installed such as the CRJ to no avail. I have also ensured that each products' xml files are present in the Products folder, and they are. ASUpdater is not blocked on my firewall either. Any ideas what may be going on?? I see others have had this issue before but the suggested remedies are not working for me. Any help is appreciated. I updated AirbusX Extended but continue to receive RAAS Pro needs update, takes me to a page with 404 Error that the page no longer exist. Shouldn't RAAS Locked and FS2 Crew update wth aircarft. What is the fix.

EDIT: I was able to solve the issue on my own. I had to uninstall the Airbus professional, manually delete the Livery Installer, restart, disable bitdefender and run the Airbus professional installers as administrator, re-enable bitdefender and exclude the Aerosoft folder, restart, works now. I think bitdefender was interfering, but I also had to run the installers as admin. I did try this process without running the installers as admin and it still did not work, as well as running as admin but still having bitdefender enabled, it was the combination of running as admin and disabling bitdefender that did the trick. Hello, Has anyone tried to install the CS-TSF livery for CFM Aerosoft A321? I am running into issues getting it to work. I can not seem to be able to install it through the livery manager/manually. I even ran the livery manager as an administrator. Thanks for your time.

hello tried to install the livery ita born in 2021 with airbus x extended livery manager, but not even if you see inside the program then you can't find it in the aircraft library inside fsx. can you help me . Thanks Marco

Hello. I do not know if i am in the correct forum for this subject after posting in several others and getting no response or told that im in the wrong one. I downloaded and installed ASUpdater v1.6.0.1 after that it did not work and gave me the message that read something like it could not find files. I checked and the files it requires are indeed there. i have since deleted all of them, (ASUpdater) downloaded another version still not working. Do i really need this app?
