Hello, gents! I'm having issue with the updater. Every time I run the updater it starts with a complete "blank" window and then turns off few seconds later, without any error message. All my AS products (actually all P3Dv4 addons) were installed 2 weeks ago, but anyway I manually updated the updater to 1301, and I always execute the updater as admin. Please help! Thanks.

I have installed the current version of the A319 / A320. But the updater does not recognize it. The xml files in the updater also refer to version 1.2.4.0

Hi Guy's, A few day's ago i have bought the new scenery Frankfurt for P3d v4.5. I expected that this scenery could be seen in the Aerosoft Updater ..... But unfortunately .... Not. Certainly if there are updates, it is easy to find out quickly. It remains difficult to delve through my Aerosoft account each time to check for updates, because not everything is (yet) running via the Aerosoft Updater. Tip for the Aerosoft people: Change the "Purchase Date" in the account to an "Latest Update Date". In this way one can see at a glance "Hey there is an update!". See you in the Sky!

Hello, I recently did the update for Airbus professional A320 and A319. Following on from this, EZDOK will not work properly with the camera angles such as the rear left wing view being from inside the cockpit. As well as this, whenever I try to load the plane. I get an error saying failed to find media file? This is the error that pops up. How can i fix this? This problem is causing the game to crash upon loading the scenario.

Good afternoon gentlemen, I do have a request regarding the Aerosoft Updater - tool which is only for the Aerosoft Airbus available. Maybe you had this idea. If not, here it is: What if you extend this Aerosoft Updater to all available Add-Ons? This would lead into easier check if my product is up-to-date or I do not miss then a update? I know this would be at the beginning a heavy workload, but if you have done the basic, then the rest would be (hopefully) easy isn´t it and a forum announcement is not necessary anymore? As some customers reported issues with sub-par Antivirus software killing their Updater files, we decided to make the files available here. All you need to do is to extract the contents of the archive to "<My Documents>\Aerosoft\ASUpdater". Overwrite any existing files. 7-Zip is required to open the archive. I downloaded and installed this version alone with the SODE jetways package. As you can see in the attached, the Updater does not reflect the updated version number. How can this be corrected? Hello. This will be my 1st use of ASUpdater. There is a post about it: Trouble is I never used 7.zip before (I have winzip).. Downloaded Madri update v1.1 with winzip and extracted it to ...\My Documents\Aerosoft\ASUpdater. It's there. Tried to run installer (as admin) but nothing happens. If trying to run ASUpdaterUpdater inside this folder there is a msg that should run ASUpdater. Can someone explain what I'm doing that is wrong? Tks Eduardo

Since I'm lost maybe this is wrongly placed and if so I'm sorry. I posted somewhere else question about ASUpdater and 7.zip. I never used ASUpdater before so I need help here I have some of Aerosoft's Mega Sceneries and there is an update of Madri to v1.1. Downloaded it then extracted (with winzip) to ...\Documents\Aerosoft\ASUpdater\Products and it's there (Mega Madri.exe + as_madri_prof + License...) Hello, Maybe a basic question, butI didn't find answer, after desintallation/reinstallation of A3xx family, Asupdater doesn't work anymore, I only have a window with the message "no product found". Planes are present and functional in Prepar3D 4.3 but in Asupdater directory, the products folder is empty. What's wrong ? Thanks Pascal
