Problem updating after recent AerosoftOne updater

Trying to update the CRJ using an new update of Aerosoft One (run as administrator), I get a download speed of 20k/sec and it fails at about 8%. It seems as if it is trying to do a differential update of about 120mb (great), fails at that - see the log (attached) then sits there unable to decide what to do. Suggestions please- ideally I don't want to do a full download if a differential one is available.

Hi There,

I try to paint my fiction livery to CRJ700v2. I've downloaded a paintkit. There is a file ASCRJ700_EXT_DECAL_FUSE_SOLID_A.PNG. I've try to make an alpha channel. But I'm not sure which DDS format should I use. RGBA? DXT1/3/5?

Hi, I just updated the CRJ bundle but I don't see the new EFB with Navigraph, so I guess the update did not work? My install folder is D drive > Aerosoft One Library > Add-ons > msfs-b664-AS15238 > gameDirectory-Community > userHome-AppData-Local-Packages > Cache 2020 > MSFS 2020 > Community > aerosoft-crj > ContentInfo > Data > SimObjects > Airplanes. I tried this several times, removed the Aerosoft CRJ from my folders, then ran the update again, same result. What steps(s) am I missing?

Did the update not work? Please, assist.

McAffee detects Virus in WIN.exe files

Hallo,
I have issues running or even downloading files in *.exe format for up-dating respectively renewing installation.
downloaded files are quarantined by McAfee virus scanning.
In particular affected files are

AIRFOILLABS_PRODUCT_MANAGER_WINDOWS.exe (here for my Beech KA350 - XP12)

Plane_12_AFL_PM_WINDOWS_installer.exe

DD_SEATTLE_AIRPORTS_WINDOWS_XP_V12.exe

Could you please check what's going wrong or if there's really a virus inside or eventually a signature missing/wrong ?

I would like to know how to load profiles made by people for this or that plane.
On xplane12 the honeycomb configurator tool software works well; All you have to do is download and transfer with the software.
On MSFS this software does not work and yet profiles to download exist for MSFS so my question is where to put them and/or how

Seit ein paar Tagen startet Aerosoft One nicht mehr. Am heutigem Tag ist es dann endlich mal wieder gestartet und wollte ein update für Berlin Brandenburg, welches mit einer Fehlermeldung abgebrochen ist. Man sollte diesen Airport deinstallieren, einen Neustart des Rechners durchführen und wieder Neu installieren. Deinstalliert-->Rechner neu gestartet--> Aerosoft ONE lässt sich nicht starten.........., auf Webseite AS ONE neu heruntergeladen, die Datei vom Airport gibt es ja so nicht :-(, neu installiert und es funktioniert auch nicht........! Sehr schön, nun kann ich meinen gebuchten Flug vergessen.......

Was kann ich tun? Welche Dateien benötigen Sie? Gibt es Serverprobleme? Es ist ja vielleicht gut angedacht mit AS One aber so ist es nicht zufriedenstellend!

For example, Southwest Airlines only has B737. But in the game, it shows their livery on bigger aircraft. Also, JetBlue, WestJet, ex. Can this be fixed? Thank you

Cannot Find Aerosoft Files

I purchased the Aerosoft A320/321 for FSX on Steam. Today I downloaded a Condor livery for the A320 and the read me instructions state "just drop the folder ''Texture.DAICU'' in the aerosoft A320X CFM folder located in '' SimObjects\Airplanes'' folder". But I cannot find the Aerosoft Airbus folders anywhere. They are not in Program Files (x86)>Steam>steamapps>common>FSX>SimOjects>Airplanes where all my other aircraft are located. I checked Onedrive and there is an Aerosoft folder there but it only contains Flight Plans and Fuel Planner folders. Does anyone know where I can find them?

AS Updater findet zwar für den Sim Wings Airport Hamburg sowie den AS Megaairport Zürich Updates, lädet diese auch herunter schreibt dann aber: Update nicht möglich ….Config.exe nicht gefunden.

Bei beiden Airports sind diese Files jedoch unter User/Dokumente/ Aerosoft… gelistet und funktionieren auch. Habe es auch schon nach Abschalten des Virusdetektor versucht. Gelingt ebenso nicht.

Hat wer eine Idee?

CRJ700 radio dont work after update 1.0.17

Hello, after the last update 1.0.17, the radio dont work properly on MFS. I cant hear the ATIS, the voice start speaking but get stucked and repeat the begining one time and another, and when i respond to a controller, i don hear my own voice. It only happen after the update and only with the CRJ. Is known this issue? Any solution?thanks in advance.

My updater is saying there's a new updater from v1.6.0.1. On the bottom it says download it from my shop account. I went to Flightsim.com and opened my account and downloaded the "latest" files and installed them. My updater is now v1.6.0.1. Yes, it didn't update. So, where do I get the new updater? I'm assuming what I see in my account is the latest versions.

(updater is saying I have version 1.4.0.1 installed with an available version of 1.4.3.0. So, it looks like Flightsim.com is still giving me an old version from April, 2021)

Older (?) liveries no longer working properly, despite them wrapping around the model.

As the title says, i can't seem to get what seems like every single livery working for the Aerosoft A320/A321, the problem also happens with the A318/A319 busses.

After installation, upon opening the sim, the plane is this chrome colour with plenty of artefacts. What I don't get is that this happens even with newer liveries, even up to 2019. So what's going on ? Are they made for a way older version which no longer works as expected ? If so, how can I get them to work ?

Also, upon opening the DDS files using Photoshop, the default liveries seem to be transparent while the older ones aren't.

All the stuff i'm running is P3d v4.5 , Tomatoshade and the busses themselves. That's all that should worry about the plane itself.

I don't think knowing what hardware i have is necessary or even useful, so I won't post it.
