NavDataPro Charts

Liebe Aerosoftler, ich habe das Update des CRJ Professional auf die Version 2.0.0.2 durchgeführt in der Hoffnung, im EFB die Charts anzeigen zu lassen und zusätzlich auch das Flugzeugsymbol (wie es im Aerosoft Updater zu diesem Update heißt). Ich kann aber keine Registrierung durchführen - weder mit Copy and Paste meinen Registrierungsschlüssel eingeben noch manuell etwas in die beiden Login-Data-Felder eintragen. Was im Screenshot nicht zu sehen ist: der Mauszeiger ist hier zu einem "Pfötchen" geworden. Ich kann im EFB auch nichts anderes machen, also z.B. vom Reiter "Charts" in den Reiter "Checklist" oder "Options" wechseln. Und auch nicht das EF…

Charts "AGC" and "Tempo AGC" are blank for ESGG, both in Windows app and Chrome. Using Chrome's developer tools I can see that the PDF appears to be without content (just metadata). Other charts of ESGG are fine and I didn't notice any other affected airports yet.

Hi, i did not find any Topic on this, so i just created a new one. Yesterday i got a new subscription for the Charts and i noted that the MSA values that i found earlier on the Maps within the 25NM around the Airports is missing in my case. Anyone else with this Problem?

Hallo da bin ich schon wieder. Wie im ersten Thread schon erwähmt klappte die Methode mit den Fake Verzeichnissen. Nach einem Test sind nun alle Flugzeuge bis auf die PMDG Boings mit dem aktuellen Airac versehen. Mir ist aufgefallen das bei dem Download lediglich SIDSTAR herunter geladen wird. Die NAVDATA mit den 7 Datein für die PMDG wird leider nicht, bzw. wird mir nicht im Fake Verzeichniss angezeigt. Mir fehlen jetzt die folgenden sieben Files : airports dat* cycle_info.text* fmc_ident.txt* wpNavAID.txt* wpNavAPT.txt* wpNavFIX.txt* wpNavRTE.txt* Sie liegen zwar gepackt wie alle anderen runtergeladenen Files unter…

Hallo zusammen, Ich habe die NavDataProCharts und möchte u.a. gern im EFB des A330 das Flugzeugsymbol anzeigen lassen - wie macht man das? Ich finde hierzu leider keinerlei Hilfestellung, außer dass es im Vol 1 (The A330 in P3D) auf Seite 33 unter "Charts" lapidar heißt "..only few charts are geo-referenced" und das man wohl nur bei solchen Charts das Symbol anzeigen lassen kann. Heißt das im Klartext: nur auf 2 oder 3 Charts kann man das Symbol anzeigen lassen? Mich interessiert in diesem Zusammenhang z.B. das Symbol im Zusammenhang mit dem Taxiway. Hallo Ich habe seit kurzem das Problem, dass die NDP Charts App auf meinem iPad und iPhone nicht mehr funktioniert. Das Kartenregister von den Flughäfen ist ganz durcheinander und wenn man die Karten öffnet erscheint nur eine graue Seite. Besten Dank für eure Hilfe! Grüsse Joël

Hallo an Euch. Ich habe schon ewig keinen support mehr benötigt. Erstmal oute ich mich hier als FS2004 Veteran..... Ja der FS9 werkelt samt seinen Add ons seit Jahren auf meinem Win XP Betriebssystem. Nun nach einigen Jahren wollte ich endlich meine Airacs aktualisieren. Doch nach dem Kauf und der Installation die im übrigen ohne Fehler verlief, kommt es sobald ich die NDP exe im Ordner Aerosft\NavDataPro klicke zur folgenden Fehlermeldung: C.\Programme\aerosoft\NavDataPro.exe ist keine zulässige Win 32 Anwendung. Wer kann mir als alten Flusi Menschen weiterhelfen?? Vielen Dank:-)

Hallo, ich brauche nach ewig langer Zeit mal wieder eure Hilfe. Zuerst einmal möchte ich mich hier outen, da ich noch immer mit dem FS9 auf einem XP Betriebssystem die Welt virtuell umfliege. Es wurde Zeit für neue Airacs für meine Add ons wie FS Navigator, PMDG, Qualtiwings und co. Also kaufte ich ich das NavdataPro per Kreditkarte. Schnell merkte ich das die installation auf meinem XP System zwar funktioniert hat, doch das Ausführen des Programms NDP klappt nicht. Guten Abend, in KORD, KSFO ( Chicago, San Francisco ) werden mir viele Charts nicht angezeigt z.B die 3-20 APC APC , 3-10 AGC AGC APC , 3-50 Taxi Instructions, eigentlich viele ! HI, for a few days it is difficult to access the site to choose the maps. Some times the verifying account doesn't run and ask me my mail and serial number. My account is valid until january. Michel

We are very sorry for that inconvenience. Indeed it's related to A330 release, large number of customers at once and recent migration to different server caused whole system to bog down. We are currently working on relieving some pressure from current server and preparing new one, more powerful to handle all the calls. As I see charts are currently working, albeit veeeeeeery slow. We expect the issue to be fully resolved by Monday, although I can't guarantee it knowing server migrations can take some time.

Dear Aerosoft team. We all appreciate that the development was continued in this product to bring new features like inverted colors and soon to be aircraft georeferencement. It seems this was done in a timely matter to meet the A330 release and be able to pack it in this addon. However, it was done at the detriment of a couple of things. Hey, it looks like all charts are not in order since the newest AIRAC update. They are not numbered so it appears that the system orders them alphabetically. It would be great if you can fix it soon. I spoke with several people, all having the same problem. Thanks in advance Hannes

Hallo zusammen, meine Fragen beziehen sich auf die Anzeige von Terminal Charts, speziell den von Aerosoft beschriebenen Airport Map Display bei der PMDG-747-8 und nun auch beim hauseigenen CRJ-professional. Funktionieren diese Anzeige ausschließlich mit Navigraph, oder auch mit Navdata? Speziell die Produktbeschreibung des CRJ wirbt ja ausdrücklich damit, daß das Electronic Flight Bag kompatibel mit Navigraph UND Navdata-Karten ist. Ich bin insofern mißtrauisch, als es mir bei der PMDG-747-8 bisher (trotz anderslautender Werbung hier auf der Aerosoft Homepage und sämtlichen PMDG-Beschreibung incl. des dortigen EFB-Manuals !!) bisher NIC…

Dear Aerosoft-Team, so unfortunately I "had to" switch to your competitor regarding charts, but not because I wanted to. I really LOVE the/your LIDO charts, I like them soooo much better than the Jeppesen ones and I feel kinda sad that I (personally) can't quite get use to the "apps" you currently provide. But I wonder and hopefully + respectfully ask: What are your future plans regarding the NavdataPro Charts? The outdated interface and visual quality aside, my biggest issues are the mediocre usability on android devices (the web-based system is just not working well regarding zoom etc.) and the strange account/login logic, where I a) can't set m…

Hallo zusammen, seit Freitag, dem 11.10.2019, stürzt X-Plan 11 mit dem FF A320 immer dann ab, wenn ich den FollowMeCar von X-Life rufe. Außerdem bin ich nicht mehr in der Lage, die A320 per Autopilot zu fliegen, weil die Maschine ins Nirwana fliegt. 1. Fehlermöglichkeit: am 11.10. gab es diverse Microsoft-/Windows-(Sicherheits-)Updates. Halte ich aber für ziemlich unwahrscheinlich. 2. Fehlermöglichkeit: am 11.10. beginnt der neue AIRAC cycle (von NavDataPro), und ich hatte zum Testen nur den cycle 1910 für einen Monat gekauft. Hello everyone, Today the charts seem to be offline. In the NavDataPro Charts program when clicking on a chart it says download but then the page remains blank. This happens also with the ipad app. Thank you very much for your help in advance. Best regards.

I've been using Navdata Pro for a few months with no problems, until today when no charts load at all. I can see the list, access my favourites list and select from them to my kneeboard. I can see the list in the kneeboard. However, when I select any chart from the main list, favourites list or kneeboard it fails to load. I've closed the app, re-opened, uninstalled and re-installed, but have the same problem. Help appreciated please!

In den NPD Charts gibt es unter "Setting" die Möglichkeit, eine Mobile App per Code zu aktivieren. Wo finde ich eine Anleitung, wie und wo ich die App bekomme usw. Herzlichen dank schon mal!

I got the Areosoft CRJ 700/900 planes and ended up getting PFPX along with it, to good software and a good plane but I was having errors importing PFPX routes in to the FMS, i realized the FMS nav data was a year newer (Aug/2017) vs PFPX (June/2016) so i figured that explains the errors, So i figured I would get Nav data pro for a day to update my nav data so I dont run in to this problem (I only got a day as I only play off line and I dont play all year round I pick up and drop off FSX on and off) sol i figured I would update PFPX and move on with my life, sadly I have no idea how that's done, google is not much help I keep finding topic on Navigraph and thats not helpi…

Bei der Erstellung von NEW NAVAID per MCDU habe ich ein Problem mit der Eingabe von "Elevation". Alles andere klappt, nur wird die Eingabe immer quittiert mit "NOT ALLOWED". Was mach ich falsch ???

Hey there, since Navigraph offers his Jeppesen Charts with dark mode and LIDO charts are also aviable in RL with a dark mode I would like to know if there is any way to get them into the NDP software. It is really annoying to havea very dark sim at night on the one screen and charts on the other screen which shine bright as the sun. I know there have been earlier request on this but there was no concrete answer on this. Greetings
