Hello everyone! I was doing a 5 hour flight today and around 4 hours in my simulator crashed. I looked at the event viewer and this is what came up. Do you guys have any advise to resolve this issue ? I will attach a screenshot of the error This is the first time it happened. I haven't done any changes to the aircraft and to the simulator. I have the most up to date version of the aircraft. Thanks in advance!

Just had to reload the A319/A320 Professional and am getting the following message. "Error:ND Log File could not be generated. C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3Dv5\Aerosoft A320-321 Pro v5\Data\AB_ND_GDI.log" Any way to fix this without reloading the Airbus again? Thank You." Walt

Hello i have the aerosoft bundle 318/319/320/321 i learned that we can import flight plans from simbrief to the airbus. but i couldnt find a way of how to . any help would me good thanks

Switched to P3Dv3.4, with new install of AS 318-321. After that I deleted everything on drive D, because P3D is now on drive E. But, now also my Fuelplanner is gone. How do I get them back on E without installing the 318-321 again? Tks for your help Peter

Dear sir So I never had noticed this issue anytime before... I was on cruise and just relaxing when suddenly fsx crashed with fmgs. Dll faulting module... Any idea what caused this? This is the first time I am noticing this.. And I didn't change anything in the Aerosoft a320 family. I run fsx.

Hello All - After years of no issues, the lights on my Airbus no longer work. I mean navigation lights, strobe lights, taxi lights, and landing lights. No illumination on the ground or visible on the airplane itself. No idea why this function suddenly disappeared. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the product and no change. Hello,i have the aerosoft bundle of 318/319/320/321....there is fs2 crew included in it so i tries to open the main panel but i couldnt.....i researched and i found out a solution....but i noticed that in the aerosoft airbus configurator fs2 crew was disabled.I tried to enable it and it says that it is not properly installed or it might be a fsx registry problem. any help would be good thanks

Hello i just brought the aerosoft bundle for 318/319/320/321..........the printer does not print the loadsheet....do we need to put in the passenger no. and fuel etc. or we need to have a printer connected to our computer... i have also tried pressing the AIDS print buton but it still doesnt work

Firstly, sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forums or the wrong forums alltogether as this does involve ezdok My aircraft ocassionally jerks forward really quickly, quicker than the acceleration during takeoff so I doubt it involves my throutles. It only happens when taxiing. I also believe it has something todo with ezdok because it started happening yesterday when I first installed ezdok (v3). I did some research and found some other forum posts including issues like this and the common fix was to enable "Taxi speed fix" mode in the ezdok settings, and I've done this however it has not fixed the issue for me on the A321 (A320 untested) I also have …

Hi there, I installed P3Dv5 , FSUIPC6 and the A320/321 . I have TM Warthog and VKB rudder as controls. for all july I had the possibility to fly without any problem. Out of the blue, I have the throttle that doesn't work anymore. seems that something keep the lever blocked, while moving them the N1 try to raise ( or to decrease ) but just some instant. the throttle increase using keys ( F1...F4) and also the reverse works with keys, but not more with the warthog the system works perfectly with any other plane. as last info, I tryed to delete all software (very clean, also all directories even hidden) and I reinstalled everything, …

Hi, As of lately I have issues with my side stick, a ThrustMaster T.A320, but also my Alpha Flight Yoke. During the checklist item "Flight Controls" the stick never reaches the end position and the the checklist will not continue. If I watch the FPV symbol, it hesitates to move, than moves but not to the full end position and does not completely return to the neutral position, even though the side stick is centered. This is the same scenario for both flight controllers. I can observe the ailerons, elevator and flight spoilers move, but the movement is very erratic. Hi I am hoping someone can please help , I am using PFPX for flight planes , when I enter the flight plan everything works ok but when on approach to any airfield on autopilot I am way to high to catch the localiser or glide path , I am using simplates x ultra . am I putting in the wrong descending altitude from the plates ? if not what is going wrong ? hope someone can advise me so it will all work ok , when I fly the arosft tutorial it all works ok ! thank you .

Ok, after a few successful flights, I started having the weirdest problem. After reaching cruise altitude (FL320+) on autopilot, the engine throttle range got screwed up where IDLE shifts to N1=93 and from there it goes off scale. Also with or without autopilot or autothrottle, i cannot bring the nose down (i know aerosoft doesnt simulate direct law). I had to turn off one engine in one instance or in the next attempt bring out spoilers/gears/flaps (damage off evidently) to lose some height, and it was only when i got around FL140 when the throttle lower bound was back to some kind of normality enough that i could turn on again autopilot/autothrottle. Can someone help me out by telling me what application or service I can use to open these .mdl files? I have purchased the A320/321 Prof and A330 Prof through the Aerosoft shop, but purchased the A318/319(non Pro) with FsPilotshop(which no longer exists). I have the A318/319 listed as an external purchase in my Aerosoft Account. Do I qualify for the A318/319 upgrade price offered by Aerosoft? If so, how do I do this? Steve

Dont really know how to explain this one, and everyone in my flightsim community says its a new one to them too. Here is the issue.... When taxiing to the runway for departure, everything is fine with the nosewheel stearing in the Airbus. I can depart, fly the route and land. As soon as i land and slow the aircraft the nosewheel stearing suddenly goes away and i cant turn the aircraft off the runway. Creates an issue when flying online. I disconnect from vatsim and then i tried to go into the controls and recalibrate the controller, it then crashes my sim. This has happened for an A320 flight and 2 A319 flights now. Hi, Since I've bought my Aerosoft Airbus A320 on FSX: Acceleration, I had a problem with it. After clicking Esc (to view flight analysis) or going into internet to check something, when I came back to the simulator, the plane didn't appear or even the screen was black. Rest of the scenery showed up but it was frozen and missed some things (like the sky was black). When I tried using the default aircraft the problem also occured. After closing FSX and opening again everything was back to normal. I don't know where the problem could be. Hope someone helps, AM
