PFD, ND, ECAMS

Having just installed the A320/21 package into my FSX the ECAM screens are completely blank. PFD, ND and MCDU all work fine. Other topics on the issue seem to relate to P3d or have more dark screens than my issue. Aircraft is also uncontrollable, both in flight controls and throttle.

Whenever I am flying a NAV route, I expect the plane will fly the heading to the next WPT, however the heading seems to deviate often. The plane still reaches all the WPTs correctly, but I was wondering why the ND displayed this: http://prntscr.com/c9fewx / http://prntscr.com/c9fh4k

ALT. switch not functioning, only show 100. what should i do?.

The PFD, ND, & EICAS screens at night are extremely dim even with all the lights on and the knobs turned all the way. Is there a way to fix this to make it a little bit more bright or was this intended by airbus to reduce eyestrain on the pilot at night? Also the dome lights in the cockpit are white I saw in earlier screenshots for the Airbus Extended the version before the A320/321 the dome lights were yellowish is there a way to get the yellowish lights instead of the white one?

Hi, Is there a way to increase the displays(PDF ND ECAM) resolution. With the current resolution its quite hard to follow precisely the flight director. I already have high vc cockpit resolution enabled. thanks

I just updated to the newest version of P3D and now has this strange "issue" with the latest version of Aerosoft Airbus A318/319 The white (engine running) and orange (engine not running) curve has disappeared over the engine EPR and N1's gauges I do not know what causes it, but I hope that you may know it so it can be fixed again. http://imageshack.com/a/img924/760/eyGKUa.png Cheers! But, with the 318/319 im using add-on weather radar with no issues whatsoever. The .ini tweak has no affect if u turn on the weather radar as mentioned in the thread. so how am i will be able to use my add-on wather radar with the 320 if i turn it on, the built-in one will kill my flight?! is there a way to remove the built-in WX radar?

Hello Airbus friends, i try Go Around at KCYS. For this holding a teardrop entry is necessary but the Airbus can not fly this prozedure, therefore I fly manually this Entry. Shortly before the entry point, see picture c5, the Holding disappear, see picture c6 ? What am I doing wrong? Thanks for help! Greetings airbusheinz

Hi all, Just got aerosoft a320. Put the aircraft into Cold and Dark and set it up. Everything going well until I realised I could not turn either of the PFD'S or ND's Dimmers to the right to turn the 'on'. I have read through the manual and watched videos of people doing it so this was my last resort. Any help much appreciated thank you. Alex

Hello, I'm not sure if this should be related to ND, MCDU or to autopilot functions. If wrong, please move it to the right topic. Even in the latest Airbus Softwares, downloaded a few weeks ago, there seems to be an issue when you enter a direct to a waypoint, which is also part of the missed approach track of the selected runway/STAR. The bus then does not direct to this waypoint, but to the airport itself (no special waypoint). Example: Today I was flying from Frankfurt to Hanover and entered ILS27L for landing into the FMC. Not sure what happened but today, I noticed the radio panel reading has changed the font, also on overhead panel. It looks like Tahoma, not sure. I've already tried to reinstall the Airbus both variants: A320-A321/A318-A319 but no go. I've also deleted the Aerosoft Airbus font from Windows, but it seems the issue persists. I'm using Windows 10 64-bit, Prepar3d. 3.3. On FCU, the font is normal.

Hi! I am a little bit confused: in "step by step tutorial" in second ILS approach, you said to push the button, but you didn't say why. My question is: Do I have to use it in all ILS landings wich I perform, or if not, in wich circumstation do I have to use it? I see that the only difference is with the speed brake, that from"Arm" go in full deployed when "steep app." button is used.

Today a strange issue happened. I was in flight with the A320 and suddenly the clock went all strange and negative. Also the FOB increased (I had about 4000kgs at the time). This was the second time the problem was produced.

Due failing eyesight (because of advanced age) I need to have all my gauges on a separate screen and resized. PFD and both ECAMs are OK but although I can resize the window that the ND is displayed in and also move its position in that window I haven't been able to resized the displayed content. What works for the other gauges doesn't do it for the ND one. If anyone can help that would be great or any other workaround that deliveres the same result. Thanks Ray

Hi, I've been trying to find the answer in the forums to no avail. I want to perform the following RNP precision approach to an airport (uploaded image). In there, there's a LT Arc from waypoint UR533 towards the final runway track UR531. I have the latest Navigraph Cycle loaded and the approach appears on the Bus, when I select it, all the waypoints appear correctly, but the arc is not drawn as a track to follow, even though in the FMC it states "01 Arc" (uploaded image 2). I have tried this approach in PMDG's NGX and it displays the arc correctly. Is this type of approach not possible/modeled on the Aerosoft Bus? Is this is case, will it be avail…

Hi Everyone, There are a couple of posts out there about undocking the PFD and ND together. But mainly they are from 2-3 years ago. I have followed the steps from from the below link.. New window add PFD and ND as gauge00 and gauge01, uncomment them from vcockpit.. etc etc etc. When I open them as panels my fps drops somewhere to 1 and I can not do anything until I close back the panel. I uninstalled FSX and later reinstalled it with all addons uninstalled, later reinstalled Aerosoft Airbus A318 to A321 (all 4) v1.3 which worked well with the known issues, but when I added v1.3F files, the ND, upper and lower ECAM, and MCDU left all go blank. Also the Load sheet seems to have no path to the fuel loader. I thought it may be my FSX playing up and so decided to convert to FSX steam edition, the same issues have occurred on steam edition and has left me a bit confused at to what's happening. v1.3F was working before I uninstalled FSX, and like in FSX after uninstalling FSX, FSX steam addition also doesn't ask me to grant permission to run systems within the …

Exactly the same as this one, but he reinstalled and recovered, I'm not. Totally follow the instructions to re-install, but issue is still there. ND is wrong, and everything freezes.

Hello, I have just recovered win7 from win 10 and have noticed the ND on my AerosoftX airbuses are somewhat unusual. I have reinstalled the aircraft and no change. I have reloaded the current navigraph again no change. I have win 7 64. I have included a screen shot. I can change the range and mode but there is only minor movement on the display. It does not change the area. Has anybody had this problem and if so has a solution Thanx in advance for your help EC

I get a very low framerate in P3d v2.5 with my A320 in combination with Active Sky Next. The frame rate drops to 10, 8 or even 5fps. I do not have this problem with standard an other not standard planes in combination with ASN. Altough weather radar is activate (WX+T 1=on) I have not seen any rain on the ND. When I choose the standard weather theme "rainy weather", the weather radar is working. As I think the problem is the continious weather scanning I tried the fix setting WXBackgroundScan=0 in AB_ND_GDI.ini, but with "rainy weather" theme I see lots of rainy zones, so I think this workaround is not working with P3D v2.5 How can I turn scanning off by weather radar…

I need help adding Flytampa's Kai Tak (VHHX) to Aerosoft's Airbus A318,319,320,321 FMC's. I am on Prepar3D v3.2 and using latest Navigraph Airac Cycle 1604. I have search information over internet with no avail . Cheers, AK PS: I was able to add it to Pro ATC X though, and last I recall, the way I do it, was working over P3D v2.something.
