PFD, ND, ECAMS

Hi guys! I am new to this forum and am looking for some help. I recently purchased the Aerosoft A320 and installed it to my P3D V3 folder. When I ran the simulator, the ND and the ECAMS shows blank. I tried to turn up the brightness but it doesn't help. The PFD is working perfectly. I exited and did some research and found that I need to make sure all the applications are updated so I went ahead and did that but still the same issue. I then found that there might be an issue with Airbus Connect so I tried launching that but it is being me a startup error due to side by side configuration. Hello, I have the Aerosoft Airbus X which I brought from JustFlight. I opened up a flight and i got a pop up saying the "Aerosoft Sound System Could Not Be Initialized" All i can do is click OK to this error, when the simulator (Prepar3d v3.4) eventuallly loads the sounds are not working. The APU sounds and buttons don't have a click sound. The Navigation Display shows as though the aircraft is in a cold and dark state but the engines are running.

I've been seeing this issue popping up a few times in the forums. The only thing that I see that's different with my issue is that I'm using FSX in DX10 on Windows 10. I've reinstalled all the runtimes required, reinstalled all the versions of Simconnect, ran the .net fix mentioned. None of these work. Windows is not reporting any errors. I've seem to have isolated it to the A321 variants only. Any suggestions?

Hello i bought Airbus a318 a319 but when i Start a new fligh on prepar3d i can't use the plane because the right ecam don't work

Can someone point me in the right direction on the proper way to use and understand weather radar? I'm not 100% sure on what is realistically modeled vs. not. There looks like there is map, turb, wx t, and wx but each time I switch them something different is displayed. Can you advise? Thanks!!

Hi folks, I am new to Aerosoft A320 and can use all the assistance I can get. I am in the planning stage to build a flight simulator and want to base it on the A320. It is stated in Vol 1 of the documentation that it is easy to undock the various views (PFD,ND,E/WD, ECAM and MCDU) and move to other monitors. I am not having luck. So far I have been able to only select the MCDU but when I move to another monitor it is all black. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. Lino

HI , good afternoon gentlemen. I have some problems with my fsx extended and de navigation display in the airbus A320. My OS is windows 7 ultimate 64bits and the service pack 2 installation is not posible to resolve the problem i have tried everything. my FSX extended works perfectly with the ND problem exception. Hi, i've a question. I've just bought a gtx1060 6gb and I have an i7 6700k with win 10 pro. I must enable software ecam rendering to solve the issue that the n1 circles in the ecam don't show. I can't understand: that option is for not poor gpus but I think to have an enough powerful card. I think it's an issue. Explain me.

On both the 320 and 321 I have the identifier of the ILS freq. on the loadspaeker. The only solution I have found is to dial in an unused freq in the RAD/NAV on the mcdu. All on audiopanel is of. Is there any other way? HenningR

Hello - I am having an issue I can't seem to resolve. I just installed the Airbus 318/319/320/321 into P3d V3.4. Some of the gauges are black and I am not certain why. Any ideas as to how to fix this? I am running Windows 10. Thanks, Pete

After a recent update to AS16 I notied that with clouds or overcast I go from 40 plus frames anywhere to 10 and then into single digits. If I look around or switchc views I can sometimes get frames back to normal but it will not last. Prior to this I always got 30 or more even in T storms ect with the biggest of airports ect. IF I turn off Active Sky frames jump back to normal. If I have even the original FSX weather with overcast ect I get normal frames so it has to be something with the Active Sky latest update and the airbus as PMDG has no effect and frames are great. Looked around the forums but couldn't find similar, basically I'm having a strange issue in FSX-SE where the dials of the engine displays are not drawing. Everything else appears to be functioning correctly. I have installed the sim connect files. Almost seems like a font issue.

I've noticed on my first two flights that the ATIS isn't heard when putting the frequency in the copilot COM radio. Is that an error or should it be able to be tuned in and heard? I need to keep my side on the ATC frequency since I am flying online.

Hi Everytime I fly south over RISLA to join UN862 the plane turns right away from the actual route. On each occasion my previous way point has been NOKIN on UP16. The course between NOKIN and RISLA is 203° and the outbound course from RISLA to KARNO is 185°. Therefore the plane should turn slightly left and not right. The first time it happened I only caught it once the plane was on a north heading. On the other three occasions I have been expecting the right turn and have corrected the problem after the plane has turned approx 10°right. This only ever happens when am flying the Aerosoft Airbus. Almost completed BA2 flight KJFK EGLC in the A318, when on downwind, I get an ecam message HYD PTU, which shuts down my left engine. A check of the overhead shows the yellow system not happy. How do I resolve this? After such long journey, be great if I could simply reset some thing. Looked in the manuals and did a search, but could not find reference to this. The good news? is I and not long saved the flight prior to this issue.

EFIS E/WD ND ECAM Bought and installed FSX STEAM EDITION. Copied Gauges from my previous version of FSX DELUX SP2 but the Panels components listed above appears: WITH DIFFERENT AND BIGGER FONTS (when the vaules don't fit the window shows "####") AND MCDU WITH CHARACTERS SUCH AS "#" "+" INSTEAD OF "<" AND ">". How do I change it?

As you can see on the attached image, I was doing the RNAV-Z RWY36 approach to SEQM, but noticed lines between certain waypoints were missing, I checked on the FMC and the only lines missing where the ones that had an "arc" associated to it. I thought maybe this was only a problem of the ND and not the flight path, so I continued the approach. But then, as I passed QM010, the aircraft went crazy and started to turn a hard left, no idea why. Then I tried other RNAV approached and they all have this same problem. I have the latest Navigraph AIRAC. My Airbus X version is 1.31. Has anyone else had this issue? Pls help me with this, it makes this aircra…
