Hi, the highschool I work for bought 4 p3dv5 licences and 4 a2a 172s to go with. after about a week, the liveries and cockpit placards and labels have all faded to grey. Has this happened to anyone else?

I wanted to install some liveries for my newly purchased A330 however when I dragged the file into the livery intstaller it said "No liveries have been installed" so I decided to manually install the livery however after going through all the steps it said I didn't have permission to replace the file. Does anyone know what to do?

Been all over my computer and its 6 hard drives trying to figure out where the manual for the Duchess BE76 is stored in P3DV5. Am at a loss as to why Aerosoft doesn't automatically send manuals to the desktop and let people decide where to store them. I have a folder on my desktop for manuals. Jim

Zaid Elnasser Hello, I recently bought the pmdg 737 for fsx but it had been nothing bit problems. The vc is blurrry, whenver the aircraft loads into fsc it almost immedialy freezes and crashes the game. If i make it that far, the buttons usually stop being clickable, and the mip panel displays for the first officer are always completely black. Hello everyone. I have the aerosoft a330 with Prepar3D v4.5.xxx (i don't remember the exact numbers in the xxx). I am having some fps issues with that plane only. In the other threads and forums they say it can be caused by the EFB tries to contact with Navigraph or something like that. But i don't use Navigraph charts on EFB even didn't logged in Navigraph via A3xx configurator. Is there any ways to simply disable the EFB? Or at least disable the EFB and Navigraph connection? They posted a file for EFB fix but this is for p3dv5 and for users who use Navigraph Charts so i am not sure will it work for me..

I thought I read on one of the forums here that there was contemplation on doing the early style VC with no tape type ASI for the EE Lightning which we could then plug into any F.2 or earlier aircraft. Is this really a thing or did I imagine it?

Hi, I bought the A333 Professional a few days ago and I have the following 2 problems: 1 - When I am in CLIMB or CRUISE I get a POP UP with CRASH. This always occurs at the same points in the flight. For example, on the SCEL-SAEZ flight always at 7000ft (Climbing) I get the CRASED-VEGETATION. And on the SAEZ-SBGL flight, always on cruise at FL390 and over the same city, I get the same message. And doing TAXI in KSFO (always at the same TAXI point) I get a CRASH Pop Up. Maybe this happens in other places around the world but I haven't had time to test it yet. The A320 MCDU does not connect with another device is there a reason for this and can it be rectified

Just installed DC-8 and having some problems; -Trim indicator/handle doesn't move undess i turn on the autopilot -In V/S mode autopilot doesn't control the aircraft, trim indicator doesn't move, i can only control the trim manually. -Loader doesn't work. I guess it's a problem related with xmltools but i don't know what to do. While installing xmltools, it said couldn't found the dll.xml so i added the required text to dll.xml by myself from this forum, i installed fsuipc (i had the exactly the same problems before i install fsuipc tho), i have done everything recommended desperately but all problems keeps going... Please help :(…

Hello everyone. I just purchased two aerosoft jets. But when i entered my email and key, in both products' installation it says "could not found DLL_KEY PATH" and shuts down the installer. I read in a forum that it can be because of Antivirus sending the "ascrypt_pro.dll" to the quarantine but i don't have any antivirus programs running and i turned off the windows defender. How can i fix my problem?

Hi guys i have a problem with a330 and my tca throttle. I already used that throttle on different pmdg, fslab and qualitywing aircrafts and it was all good however today i tried to use it on a330 and when i move the throttle to add some power the throttle in the sim doesnt move, i ticked tca sidestick and quadrant support in configurator, Anyone had similar problem and could help me. Hi All, I have recently received a boxed version of the Twin Otter Extended, this is the FSX version, I am unsure how to check the version number and would like to know if any updates are available for this product. I noticed that the Autopilot on versions I have seen on Youtube seem to be more realistic(?) in that they are not FSX GPS based, was that an update? Perhaps someone could help me? Beers mog

Today I downloaded and installed a new copy of A320/321 Airbus Professional into my PrePar3d v4.5 file. After the install, I opened my prepar3d v4.5 program and was surprised to see that I could not load the aircraft. I was continually seeing a blank screen without the aircraft loading. Just kept going around and around. When I installed the program, I turned off my ESET security so as not to cause any interference to the install. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this aircraft several times but it is not working. I have tried repairing the install of prepar 3d but nothing seems to work. Before this new copy, I was able to use the A320/321 without any issue. If you have …

Hello Aerosoft support! I bought an installed the 330 for P3d V5 and immediately noticed that the pfd when at ground does not look like it should be. The downer pitch markings in the brown area are present wich they shouldn’t be (pictures). You did it right with the 320family aswell as with the 330 in P3d v4 so I’m wondering why that still didn’t got fixed? I‘m really wishing to get that done in the next update because it would really enlarge the emersion of flying this Bird since it’s really obvious. Kind Regards, Luca Ansems!

I want to fly an A350 in my sim(FSX). However I can't find a suitable one. All A350 models I could find were either 2D panel only, or the VC are A330 ones. Does Aerosoft have an A350 aircraft? Or can anyone recommend me one that is like a real a350? Thanks.

Hello Mathijs I received a add from Aerosoft saying that the PA 46 and navgraph G1000 is on sale. I've been wanting this aircraft for some time since I first purchased it from Flight One back in the day. Now I have the version that was advertised from Aerosoft sitting in my shopping cart ready to buy, but before I do, asking if it's compatible with PD3 v5? I hope so. waiting for your answer. Unbelievable what Matthijs Kok was announcing a few days before … looks Aerosoft is now just developing for a sim which is not even mature for real simulation , until further notice it is just some kind of a xbox game …. Well Aerosoft has deeply fallen in my eyes. Anyway their aircraft aren’t realistic at all to help for any study level simulation. Very sad action B.Rgds Michel

Just a quick warning to all, we have not tested any of our aircraft on the new version of P3D. If there are issue we might fix them fast, but when it is more complex we will need more time. I (we) fully understand that this is a large pill to swallow but please understand that these updates can cost a small fortune and simply do not bring in any money. They are pure cost.

Hallo, I have been experiencing something strange with the A320 fleet lately. What I enter the block fuel into the MCDU it will not be uploaded into the aircraft as it should (see screenshots attached). This means running out of fuel at mid-flight which is not appropriate when flying with virtual airlines. Hope to read back from you Best regards Saverio
