I give up. I cannot get a frequency from the stand by window (right side ) of the the vhf into the active (left side). I enter it into the right hand side, it is in green and no matter what I do i cannot get it into the active window.

Hey I've got a problem with the activation key of my a350. I bought it and i share a key with one of my friend the activation worked but me when I reinstall the plane to update it, I had a problem. I think by reinstalling the plane it counts a third key and so it doesnt work. If someone has an idea how to repair that It will be very nice! Thank you

Hi hope someone can answer this:owned JD320 and FFA350 for sometimes now but bumped into some odds-with a320 can obtain full plan by simply entering departing and arriving sids and stars with fully listed sids and stars in the flight plan and this appears to be done automatically without need to enter all sids and stars enroute. Hower in a350 can still get the correct plan by entering departing and arriving sids and stars but plan does not show any sids and stars in between TC and TD unless of course i enter all sids and stars manually. Hi all: It seems there is a new version of FF B76. when i install from the updater, it updadte to 1.3..14 and i do not see the FPDS option to change the cockpit, to see the new windows in the cockpit. How can I fix this problem?. THANKS.

Flight Factor the company who creates A320 ultimate for X plane 11 has updated the plane 2 times since 7/2/2020 and your Aerosoft had version 1.0.6 and the current one that they released yesterday was 1.0.8 is very important that you guys updated you library if not I will request a refund for this purchased due outdated database to my bank. Hello together, I try to program a RNAV Approach and have to set the IAF and the FAF. How can i do that? For RNAV NOLG4A for RW05 at EDDH the IAF should be NOLGO, and the FAF should be DH257. But the context menu of both of them in the Flight Plan Menu does not provide the option to set them as IAF or FAF, respectively. How can I manage that? Thanks for any answer Kind regards Horst

Good Morning FlightFactor Support, I have had no end of problems trying to install the A320 FlightFactor add on for X-Plane 11. I am new to sims but very very used to the A320/A321. I was very interested to use this for a refresher for work.... I have used the installation guide in full. And the trouble shooter to help get the add on to load with Mac OS 10.15.7... it now just crashes on load every time. Before this I managed to get the green screen issue, after updating the OS on my Mac the problem just gets worse. Any help would be great, I have spent hours trying to fix this issue. Hallo together! At the Overhead Panel of the A350-900 by FF, there are 2 knobs in the CABIN Modul, called 'DER', and 'FAR4'. I did not find these abbreviations/acronyms in non of all the abbreviation lists existing. Does anyone know, what 'DER' and 'FAR4' mean? Thanks for your answer and kind regards Horst

Hello. I recently purchased the 757 v2 Professional and since then, have had issues with the graphics and Plugin Admin for both my 757 and 767. It hasn't affected the a320 Ultimate. When I load either the 757 or 767, the graphics are horrible and the Plugin Admin has the following boxes UNCHECKED: STSFF 757/767 Avionics, Boeing 757/767 (SASL), and FF Effects. I check them, and then have to reset all of my views. When I restart the sim, the boxes are again unchecked, the graphics are horrible, and the views are not saved. I have uninstalled both aircraft, deleted and redownloaded the files from the Org store, then reinstalled. Same results each time. Graphic dr…

Hello, because of some support questions about the installation of the FlightFactor A320 Ultimate, here some infos for the installation: With Aerosoft One: After purchasing the addon, then in Aerosoft One (available addons) click INSTALL at the addon. Then the aircraft folder will be installed automatically and also the CEF plugin (CEF is only for X-Plane 11 important) in the correct folders. If you want to install an update, you should uninstall the old A320 before. To do this, click in Aerosoft One (under Installed Addons) at the addon (FlightFactor - A320 Ultimate XP) on UNINSTALL. I recently purchased the 757 V2 Pro Extended and am now having issues with all of my FF planes (757, 767, and the a320) when loading. The planes load, but the graphics are messed up. I have to go in to the plug in admin screen and check three boxes (see picture) each time I want to fly the aircraft. For some reason, nothing seems to get saved when I exit out of the aircraft. Hello together! In the A350 FMS there is a page where one can insert a value for 'Jettison GW'. I do not know, what Jettison GW means. I know, that Jettison system enables the PF to release fuel in order to loose gross weight in case of an emergency landing. And I assume, that 'GW' stands for gross weight. But what does this mean together? Is the value expected actual gross weight - fuel to be released = gross weight after Jettison procedure? Thnaks for answers, and kind regards Horst

Guten Morgen! Im Flight Management System (FMS) des A350 kann man auf einer der Seiten einen Wert für 'Jettison GW' eintragen. Ich habe nirgends gefunden, was das bedeutet. Ich weiß zwar, dass man mit dem Jettison-System Sprit ablassen kann, um das Gross Weight zu reduzieren, falls das für eine Notlandung erforderlich ist, und ich nehme an, dass 'GW' für Gross Weight steht. Was bedeutet das aber zusammen? Ist 'Jettison GW' etwa der Wert für das Gross Weight, das durch Spritablassen erreicht werden soll?
