Hello, The X-Updater from X-Plane_org now also works with FlightFactor (FF) add-ons purchased from us (Aerosoft). Click here for the X-Updater: https://x-updater.com/ Download and unzip the zip file for your operating system. Then run the X-Updater. The first time you run it, you will need to specify the directory of the installed X-Plane simulator. You can then add (+) your FF add-ons and then update them if updates are available. You will be asked for the email address and key for the add-on in question. As always, you can find the key in your Aerosoft Shop account (if purchased here). Best regards, Heinz

Every time im trying to import an flight plan from simbrief to the B777. And when I reach the part where it says "co route" I will do for an example "KONTKSAC01" and when I try to plug it in it says "Invalid entry" Anyone can help me. On October 28, 2023 I bought the FF A320 Ultimate XP12 Extended. The Order Confirmation contained a Serial Number with the following format : xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx (20 characters). Due to certain problems when starting up XP-12 with the A320 U I was forced to delete this aircraft and reinstall it lagain, last month (March 2024). To my surprise the activation window after reinstalling this aircraft was asking for the key with the following format : xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx (26 characters). Even so I contacted the help desk at "support@flightfactor.aero" and some advice was forthcoming I was unable to activate the reinstalled A320 U ever since. Why would the…

HI, For the overhead recorder panel, I found only one dataref : a320/Aircraft/Cockpit/Overhead/RecorderGndCtlOn/Intensity for the ON light status. But I couldn't find a320/Overhead datarefs to activate model/controls/rcdr_cvr_erase model/controls/rcdr_cvr_test model/controls/rcdr_gnd_ctl Is someone ever found them ? Dear all, I have been using Xplane 11 on a Virtual Reality flight simulator for a long time now and I am looking forward to adding the B777 (https://www.aerosoft.com/us/shop/flight/x-plane/x-plane-11/aircraft/728/boeing-777-worldliner-professional?c=891) aircraft to be able to fly with it as well. The only catch is that I need to confirm that I will be able to perform LPV approaches (RNP procedures based on EGNOS/WAAS), as otherwise it would not be of interest for my purpose of use. Good day! Hope all is well! I am not sure whats going on, but i just downloaded Xplane 12 after usign xplane 11 for a while now. After i disengage A/T my joystick cant control the throttle anymore including keyboards. The throttle will automatically move to the minimum, unless i press A/T it will go back to the requested position. But after inserting A/T no way i can control back the throttle with joystick... the aircraft in question is B777. i tried to re calibrate, trying to use the keyboard, but nothing... the only thing is that if i use the mouse, and try to move the throttle back to low power position, it will slowly go back to full power activating all the alarm…

I recently downloaded X-plane and bought "Boeing 757 V2 Professional Modern Avionics" I have the plane loaded in the simulator, but I can not do anything. the aircraft paint is not complete, the instrument are not powered, and when I try to power the aircraft nothing is happening. I cannot download the FF320 version1.6.7 Xplane 12 the download always stops at 2.GB and the FF757 tells me that the versionI have the 2.6.9 is not supported. I have read that the latest version is 2.7. I hope I have wrote this in the right section.

I have FlightFactor aircraft installed in X-Plane 11. On the same hard drive I also have X-Plane 12 installed. My question is: I can also install the same planes in X-Plane 12 without having license problems. I think this may be a serious problem. Hello. I want to buy this Aircraft , but i dont know how well it works with my system. I dont want to buy and only have 25fps like the actually ZIBO Mod. The default 737 runs very nice with minimum 35fps at large airports, and about 50-60fps normal. Hi Guys Is anybody having problems with FF 777 extended? Have downloaded the file AS_777-WORLDLINER-EXTENDED_XP11-XP12_BETA from Aerosoft's shop and the plane is not functioning as it should. Can't get over 4000 ft in altitude when the plane starts rolling to the left with no recovery. Thanks, David

Hello, FFA320 ultimate unable to read saved flight plane. The file "corte.in" is placed at the following path: "C:\Users\.......\X-Plane 11\Aircraft\FlightFactor A320 ultimate\data." When I try to load the flight plan, the mesage at the FMC screen is "not in data base". Xplane11 and aircraft updated on Navigraph to the current AIRAC cycle (2205). Any solution? Thanks

Hello to all, I bought yesterday an A320 Ultimate Extended XP12. I have applied the security recommendations for the installation by applying the security topics on Mac Catalina (In particular security problem on mac.xpl and libff-a320connector.dylib). Despite this, once the plane is installed, I still have the same problem: I have no sound in the 3D cockpit (opening the window or door, rotary buttons and push buttons, etc. ...). Hello, Is there a way to update the FMGC NAV data to a current one? i see a Month and day where it was updated, but not sure of what years since the places im trying to fly im not able to see the same departures on the FMGC as on the update jeppsen charts. Thank you.

Hello, Im having issues when trying to get display for PFD and ND, Baterry are on and also APU, followed the proper checklist and im not able to get display on the ND and PFD for pilot and Copilot, also checked the brightness and have the same issue, the isis shows information correctly bu the rest not.

Hello, together! Where does the A350 by FF take the SIDs and STARs from? I would like to know this, because SIDs and STARs are actualized by every AIRAC cycle. To which file have I to download these new cycle data? I get them by Navigraph, and I have to define the download destination file in my x-plane installation. Thanks for your answer! Horst
