Recently when hovering over airways with your mouse you get the info showing up, but now i don't get anything showing up. using V2.03

I generally like to fly the following PMDG aircraft: B747-8 Freighter B737-700 Freighter B777F I have PFPX profiles for all three A/C, but I would like to obtain fuel bias and drag bias for all three planes. I have not been successful at calculating accurate fuel loading versus actual flight plan results. Any ideas on where to get this data? BTW, is there are bias information available I need to enter into the PFPX aircraft configuration files to improve flight fuel burn results? Bill Clark

Hi All Wonder if someone can help. I recently reinstalled ver 2.04 and everything seems to work correctly other than the vatsim traffic connection. When i press the connect to vatsim the wheel just keeps turning. If i check connection it reports test connection succesful. IVAO traffic will display ok. I have installed vat-spy and this works correctly. I have never had a problem before, so dont understand it. Can anyone shed any light on the subject please Andrew Beaumont Student pilot

Good day! How to solve the problem with displaying online traffic of the Vatsim network? As far as I understand, the data transfer format has now changed. Previously there was txt, now the json format. Are there any plans to update the program or fix this problem? Vatspy had the same problem and they solved it with a version update.

Just tried the following route with the 747BCF and BDSF profiles and PFPX freezes up when clicking compute flight. Tried with cost indexes and without to no avail. Route: KJFK-KMIA WAVEY EMJAY J174 ORF ISO J121 CHS CAKET Q97 KENLL OMN HILEY7

Hi all, I'm working on an OFP format for PFPX; however, it is putting in random blank pages in the PDF version. It occurs after the "APPENDED MESSAGES" line: Every time, it puts 3 blank pages in. It obviously looks normal in the OFP preview without page breaks. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I encountered a problem. I set the passing level KAKSA is FL300. But the automatic generation is still FL400. Does anyone know the reason?

Hi all, I'm currently running v2.04 of PFPX and notice I get extra airports included in the OFP Navlog. In the attached OFP extract my planned route is as follows: YCAR CAR B469 TOPIR L514 REVOP Q38 JULIM JULI5A YPPH You will notice YCUN included before and after the TOC along with YPPH after the TOC. Does anyone know what is causing this? This issue happens in any flight plan I create. The errant airports change to suit the locale of the flight plan. Regards, Serge

Hi, I was planning today a trip from EDDP-WSSS, the route will fly through Turkmenistan airspace which is metric as per attached photo (BODKA P130 MAMED B449 RANAH), PFPX added a step climb on BODKA with metric FL, however, it did not change back to imperial FL after leaving Turkmenistan at RANAH. I changed my payload to make no step climb at Turkmenista, PFPX ignored metric FL changes as you see in below 2nd FPL. Hallo, habe hier das seltsame Phänomen, dass ich erhebliche Unterschiede habe bei der Planung eines Fluges EDDF-KORD zwischen der PMDG 747-400 und der 747-8i. Die Beladung ist haargenau gleich: 333Pax +5 Child. = Payload 59.200 by remaining Fuel request 10.000kg - siehe Anhang. Bei der 747-700 sagte mein Flight-Planning Release Fuel 92.900 kg bei der 747-8 kann ich die Planung gar nicht durchführen, weil mir das Programm sagt, dass ich 774.862 kg Fuel benötige ??????? Seems to be happening again. Weather can't be updated. No tracks available. I'm concerned that this seems to be happening more often of late. I love PFPX, but I don't know how much longer I can rely on a paid service that seems to be declining.

Hello, i tried to export a Flightplan to vPilot as sfp ( Squawkbox3 and higher option ) but i get always a error. "The string has the wrong Format" see Picture. Isnt there a option possible to export directly to vPilot in vfp ? For those having issues with v2.04 the previous v2.03 Full Installer is available HERE BACKUP the entire C:\Users\Public\Documents\PFPX Data folder De-activate the license via the configuration/general tab. Uninstall the current version from the programs menu. Install v2.03 and restore required data from your backup.

For some reason some of the TAFs seem to have got 'stuck' on the 2nd March, not sure if it has something to do with the server outage on that day. I've tried refreshing the weather multiple times and have also signed in and out from the programme, but it doesn't appear to have fixed the problem. I must admit, I'm getting somewhat irritated by the fact that PFPX seems to be ignoring its customers. I've now submitted my 3rd support ticket for the above issue and still not had a reply. Again... there are hundreds of airports in PFPX with TAFs that are dated 02nd March 2021 - They're NOT updating!! There's been no SIGMET/AIRMET data since this date either. Are you aware of this issue? Are you working to fix it?

PFPX does not appear in Control Panel, thee is no uninstall exe in program folder, running installer doesn't give uninstall option. How would one uninstall PFPX 2.03?

Hello all, is there any way to change RVSM rules? Every-time I fly to / from China, the RVSM FLs are opposite. Where it should be, for example, FL361, the PFPX offers FL371. This happens every time I plan a flight. Usually, I manually override these FLs. Title says it all. I am trying to update from 2.03 to 2.04, apparently FSpilotshop has shut its doors? I went on their website today and it appears like the doors are closed. How can I update it?
