	When departing to the north or west from the westbound runways at KORD (for example, KORD-KSFO departing 27C, also KORD-VHHH departing 27C), PFPX likes to give me no SID and the following: RAYNR DCT BRTMN DCT TAAYZ DCT PETTY and then on course.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Is this snippet published somewhere? It would seem like a pre-determined route segment, since it shows up frequently, but it's not part of the only published departure (OHARE7, which is just vectors) as far as I can see. And the dogleg to PETTY (to the northeast) seems like a needless extension of the route, which is why I'm wondering about this. For example, the route to KSFO was:
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	RAYNR DCT BRTMN DCT TAAYZ DCT PETTY DCT BAE ... , so we were actually backtracking a bit. To VHHH it was:
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	RAYNR DCT BRTMN DCT TAAYZ DCT PETTY DCT GRB ... , which isn't a backtrack but isn't as direct as (for example) TAAYZ DCT GRB.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I could assume that it's a preferred route segment for the purposes of traffic flow, but is this published anywhere? And where would the data be stored within PFPX?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Just curious, thanks.

	Hi everyone!
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	We are writing to you concerning problems with PFPX route creating function.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	When we try to build a route from UMMS to UMMG, it completely refuses to use SID via OSMUS from UMMS and sends us direct to point PEPAR.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The same occurs with the reversal route. Only PEPAR is used as SID from UMMG while using KOMEN and then REWED and ORHIM to KIZIR is correct.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	After point PEPAR there's OSMUS and only then KIZIR but OSMUS is a SID fix - it can't be used upon arrival.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Another issue concerns altitudes. When we fly from UMMS to UMII, UMIO, UMGG, UMOO - cruising altitude (not level) is 5000 ft. Normally it should be at least FL170. Flights to UMMS have normal flight level. We found the solution in selecting "No step climb" and "Max altitude". Could you confirm that we are doing everything as it should be done?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Finally, is it possible to have speed in FPL in knots, not kilometers per hour? Can it somehow depend on the FIR?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Standing by for your pieces of advice.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Alex.

	Hypothetically, the route is OERR-GCLP. The STAR is RUSIK1K which ends at LALTO.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The approach is going to be GCLP ILS Z Rwy 03L, which involves a 12 mile leg from LALTO to intercept the 10 DME arc from LPC to the final approach course.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	My question has to do with fuel planning for the approach. The stretch from the origin (OERR) via RUSIK1K to LALTO is fine, but PFPX plans a direct leg from LALTO to the airport, whereas the approach takes a non-direct route because of the DME arc. This increases the fuel burn, especially if ATC ends up asking for the arc to be flown at a constant altitude.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Therefore, what is the typical and preferred way to account for extra fuel burn in the approach itself? Would you add this to contingency? Or to "Approach Time" on the Aircraft editor? Or somewhere else?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Thanks.

	Hello, i never used PFPX much since Simbrief is a lot easier but PFPX is more detailed and etc. I fly a lot of companies from different continents and i always try to use the real OFP format.<br />
	<br />
	The problem is that i have OFP format from some companies but im not experienced in creating the formats and fuel policy for PFPX and i would like to know if someone is interested to bring more OFP format for community.
</p>

<p>
	I tried to make my own Lion Air OFP format but the navigation log is really a mess.<br />

</p>

<p>
	I have OFP format and fuel policy for WizzAir, Lion Air, Citilink, Cebu Pacific, Batik Air, Sriwijaya, NAM Air, PIA and Nok Air.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Message me on discord if youre interested in helping

	Hi all,
</p>

<p>
	Is there a way to insert the value of the EGW at every waypoint? I didn't find this specific field in the manual.
</p>

<p>
	Thanks!

	My Professional Flight Planner X program cannot start after updating the navigation data of pfpx_2213.exe, and when I open PFPX, it prompts that the program is not responding. May I ask how to solve it, I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it, but it was not satisfied. I also tried to reinstall the navigation data and VC_redist.x86.VC_redist.x64, but it was still unsatisfactory.
