Wie deinstalliert man denn die Microsoft-Version von EDNY ohne das ganze City Update zu deinstallieren? Ich kann da keinen gesonderten Eintrag finden. Wenn ich im Content Manager nach "EDNY" oder "Friedrichshafen" suche, erscheint nur das CU6:

  Ich möchte ungern auf das ganze CU verzichten. Lässt sich das Problem evtl. mit Hilfe des Package Reorder Tools lösen?   EDIT: Ah, man muss von der Paketansicht auf die Einzelansicht wechseln. Problem gelöst.  

Click on "Contact support" in the upright corner and then on "Show logfile". It will open in your editor. Now you can search for any download errors, giving you a hint what happened. Or you save the logfile, open a ticket at Aerosoft and send them the logfile.
