    • So today I did a flight and I checked the pitch trim setting every minute before takeoff. Here is what I got : The copilot sets the trim at the correct setting of UP0.4 During taxi the trim setting is still at UP0.4 When I got onto the runway, probably after the before takeoff checklist, the trim setting was UP17.1   I put the trim manually back to UP0.4 and I started rolling. The trim setting was going up alone so I put a little bit of pressure down on the stick so the plane won't pitch up by itself. At Vr I pitched up and I took off and the trim stabilized itself around the setting set for takeoff so the flight went smoothly.   Any idea of what is causing the pitch trim to change suddenly before and during takeoff ?  
    • Von EXEC war bei mir nie die Rede, aber gut dass es nun klappt. Ganz gleich was es denn nun war. So schön Autolandings sind, würde ich jetzt an deiner Stelle nicht zum Magenta Jünger werden wollen.   Gruß
    • Hallo zusammen !   Danke für die zahlreichen Antworten.   Ich fliege ebenfalls mit " X - Life " und möchte nicht ausschließen, daß ich dabei einen Fehler mache.....   Aber...vielleicht ist der Fehler, beides zu aktivieren....also sein Ziel im X - Plane ATC und im " X - Life ATC " einzugeben.   Ich sollte mich vielleicht für eines der Beiden entscheiden....   Ein Flugzeug hat bei mir die Landebahn noch nie blockiert....das finde ich sogar gut, wenn das passieren würde.   Zwischendurch habe ich " LSZA " wieder angeflogen, bin aber dieses mal um 500 Fuss über der Anweisung geblieben und dann klappte es, auch wenn es dann etwas steil abwärts ging.   Übrigens...." Leben ins Cockpit " ist ein gutes Stichwort, aber mir fehlen andere Flugzeuge am Himmel.... Es wäre doch gut, wenn ein Add - On mal Leben in den Himmel bringen würde.....vielleicht gibt es dazu auch noch Tipps.   Fliegende Grüße,   Papierflieger

    • Hello everyone, I am looking for a nice "repainter" who could help me. for painting the tail of my DC8. I am trying to paint the DC8 in the colors of the French airline, Transports Aériens Intercontinentaux (TAI) today disappeared. With a lot of work I made the fuselage. I aligned the three parts of the fuselage by a lot of trial and error. But now it's done For the tail I give up. Can not have TAI on both sides, I have a misalignment. see picture. and below a photo of the tail of the real plane. and what I would like to have. TAI  on both sides. also below Dear Repainters,  my request for my DC8 would make me happy domm
