Scenery General (X-Plane 12/11)

I recently acquired the Bergamo v2 airport for X-Plane 12and have I found a decrease important frames. In the description of the airport it appears as friendly frames but in my case is not like that. For example: parked in a terminal with a default aircraft Cessna, I have around 44 frames. When I start taxiing and changing views, the frames begin to fluctuate, and in flight I have rates of 19 and 20 frames and the processor time indicates an increase from 202 to 400 aproximately. This doesn't happen to me with any other payment scenario. And not anywhere else. What's going on? Optimization problem? I only use Simheaven as an external scenario. No…

Hey guys, I recently got the Aerosoft LEBL Barcelona scenery and I also use SpainUHD. I read in the description its compatible, but I can't seem to find anything as to how or what to do. I am pretty savvy with Ortho4xp and layers and all that fun stuff. I have tried disabling the Ortho folder, but that didn't work. I can see the lines in the terrain where SpainUHD takes over after default. I know LEBL doesn't have a mesh per se, but is the "Barcelona City" folder acting as a mesh maybe? Either way, I can't see to get the UHD tile to show through leading up to the custom ortho provided with the package. I am going to try disabling the City & Ortho …

Hi, I am using the latest version of LFML under XP12 latest version as well. I notice that the first part of runway 13L is warped (distorted), and can cause damages on tires when rolling on it at quite hight speed. Same problem for the ramp that leads to this runway. Sound like a mesh problem. Regards

The Ramp positions and its Coordinates are wrong. It causes massive problems when flying in Vatsim. Please fix!

Hello, I hope you are doing well. On August 3, 2024, I ordered the German Island 1 scenery for X-Plane 12 from you. I am very disappointed with the quality of the orthophotos, as the water edges are not integrated as they should be for X-Plane 12. I am attaching a screenshot of your orthophotos and another one that I generated with Ortho4XP version 1.40. As you can see, the quality is quite different. Hi there, I might be stupid but maybe someone can help me out? When I am at the apron at LSZH my Citation Mustang is “floating” in the air about 2 m above the ground. From the cockpit view it seems like I am sitting at the height of an 737 or A320… How and where can I adjust this? Hello Aerosoft Team, perhaps you can influence the developer FSDG so that they make their sceneries available for MAC users too. It's not a big deal to create a .zip file in addition to an .exe file, which you then install manually. All other scenery developers manage to do that too. BR

For the last few days I was working on new grass for sceneries to finally replace my old grass prototype (which in fact was not intended to be used for that long time but as it worked well and I had other things to work on, I kept it for quite some time). The main problem is that instead of appearing in the airport category, it appears as a heliport (attached screenshot). This means that, for example, AI planes don't appear in it, among other things. Hi there! I got my copy from the xplane store and i have downloaded both the scenery and the 30+mbytes ortho4xp patch. Within the patch file I reckon the folders +40-010/+40-004 and two files which I assume they are the ones missing in Aerosoft - LEMD Madrid - 02 - Mesh/Patches. I assume the contents of the patch file were meant to be in that folder mentioned above, and thats where I've placed them. The scenery works without issues for as long as I dont put my orthoscenery (or UHD for that matter) on the mix. I recently purchased EHAM for X-Plane and I am really disappointed at the state of a scenery package that is sold for 25€ in 2021. My first problem was that the airport was loading with an error and with a very small number of ramp starts. I managed to solve these 2 issues based on solutions posted in this forum. However, this led me to the next problem, the apt.dat that adds the ramp starts includes static traffic (!?!?!?) which is so absurd. There are ramp starts in places of static aircraft which completely ruins the immersion. Whoever worked on this, if he added the ramp starts what thought process led him to keep the aircraft? Hello, I had a long discussion with Heinz already regarding my issue : I am running XP12 natively on my M1 Mac and it runs quite OK except some plugins like ground traffic or SAM3. The issue I have with LEMD is that it is the only one presenting issues with taxiways (ATC cannot find any then my flight plan support by ATC is cancelled). I do know that SAM3 is not compatible (now) with Apple Silicon but I found a way to have SAM3 enabled airports to run perfectly (without SAM services), including taxiways. Hey, I just now purchased the Aerosoft LEMD Madrid Barajas airport off of Steam. I am using ortho4xp and so I wanted to use the the patch for that that comes with the payware scenery. However, I have an empty 'Patches' folder in the mesh folder of the scenery with only DS-store files in it. Also there is no patch file in the Airport folder instead of the mesh folder of the scenery. I've looked into these topics as well but no answer for it. Please help me get the patch for ortho4xp as well since the reason I bought the scenery is to use it together with ortho. Hi everybody: After the obvious and necessary update for Airport Barcelona XP due to the new runway designators, I've found this other issue. What happened to the last ground textures? Dear @Mathijs Kok I wonder if you guys are going to remodel and upgrade the following airports for X-Plane 12 Oslo XP Tromsø XP Bergen XP As a proof of concept I made and upgrade for the first two airports. This is of course nothing public, but for own use only. Both airports are now fully updated and compatible with X-Plane 12's new weather system for rain, snow, ice and standing water.
