	Hi all, just got the Echo Aviation Controller and I use it with the PMDG 737 in MSFS 2024. During cruise I put the controller away and after a period it switches off. Is there anything I can do to prevent that (except clicking a button every x minutes)?

	Hello everyone,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	so a few days ago I received my Echo Aviation Controller and I really only want to use it for MSFS2020 at the moment. <br />

</p>

<p>
	As one might expect, the controller was detected instantly by the simulator but with no assigned controls to it. I have somehow managed to bind the  basic controls and I’m somewhat able to fly with it but it still needs a ton of tweaks till it’s going to work at it's full potential. <br />

</p>

<p>
	Does anyone have any ideas on how to do the bindings properly? I’m struggling quite a bit with it and I’m unable to find anything resources for setting up the echo controller with MSFS2020. <br />

</p>

<p>
	Any help would be greatly appreciated.
</p>

<p>
	Best!!!!

	Hey everyone, Recently stumbled upon FSElite’s coverage of the Rowsfire A107 A320pro/A320 MAX Light Overhead Panel (OVH) by MECHDIY—definitely caught my eye! The specs mention backlit controls, a metal housing, and tactile switches, which sound like solid features for simming. Has anyone here picked one up yet? I’m curious to hear real-world thoughts: How’s the build quality? Do the switches feel responsive? Does the backlighting enhance the immersion, and is it easy to integrate with popular sim platforms (like MSFS or X-Plane)? From what I saw, the price point looks pretty competitive for the features—wondering if it lives up to the hype. Let me know your experiences! Thanks in advance!

	As I read, already 2021 a manual für the Honeycomb configurator was requested. But it was mentionned to look at the Tutorial Videos. These Videos are verry confusing because mixing Windows and Apple in the same Video. And also mixing different Flytsim Software as X-Plane, 2020, and others. Therefore I had no succes to get it working.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Ich habe gelesen, dass bereits 2021 ein User nach einem Manual für den Honeycomb Configurator gefragt hat.  Damals wurde auf die Tutorial Videos verwiesen. Diese sind aber sehr unklar, da im gleichen Video jeweils über 2 verschiedene Betriebssysteme gesprochen wird. Und ausserdem gleichzeitig diverse Varianten von Flugsimulator Programmen wie X-Plane, MSFS 2020, und andere erwähnt werden.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Man könnte diese Verwirrung noch steigern, wenn man abwechselnd 2 Sprachen verwendet.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Der Configurator wäre wirklich wichtig, denn nicht alle Funktionen des Qaudranten sind in X-Plane realisiert.

	Hello everyone, I really love the honeycomb bravo, but there is one issue that has so far plagued 2 units.<br />
	<br />
	I've been experiencing a really annoying jitter that has plagued my first unit, and even my second unit straight from the box. <br />
	<br />
	The jitter happens along all axis. If the raw value of the axis is not either 1023 or 0, it will jitter with a variance of up to 1-3 when moved, then snap to a stable value after 5 seconds. If 1 axis is moved, all axis will do this behavior if not at 1023 or 0. This is data from the Windows calibrator. The raw value change is small however noticeable and quite violent when in the sim.<br />
	<br />
	This issue did not immediately happen with my first unit, however was an out of the box issue with my replacement. I sincerely believe this is some kind of deeply imbedded driver/firmware issue since I really only noticed this issue happening once I tried using my first bravo with Axis and Ohs. The only debugging step I have not done is testing it with another computer as I do not have access to another one.<br />
	<br />
	What I've done:<br />
	- Calibration through Windows<br />
	- Uninstalled through device manager<br />
	- Uninstalled through USBDeview<br />
	- Removed all registry keys related to the bravo<br />
	- Used various USB ports such as the PC Case, Motherboard I/O, Powered USB 3.0 Port, USB 3.0 PCIE Card<br />
	- Tried different cables<br />
	- Uninstalled all software that could potentially conflict (FSUIPC, AAO, vJoy, etc)<br />
	<br />
	Is it really possible I just got really unlucky with 2 defective units? If anyone has anything that could help I would really appreciate it, I just feel like if the unit is defective I don't want another replacement I'd much rather return and find a different throttle solution.<br />

	Hi folks!
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I've just set up my new Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo for MSFS24, but I'm experiencing issues with the Increase/Decrease rotary dial on the Autopilot controls section at the top of the unit (corresponding to buttons 13 and 14). Suffice to say, it doesn't work very well at all. I'm wondering if my experience with it is similar to what you're all experiencing, or if my rotary controller is potentially malfunctioning.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/MicrosoftFlightSim/comments/11cj7xs/to_users_of_the_honeycomb_bravo_is_this_knob_very/" rel="external nofollow">Another post on Reddit</a> suggests that it works better at slower rotations, but that isn't my experience. If you can view my attached video, you'll notice it fails to receive input within rotations ~1/2 second between each other.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Is this a normal expectation for the Bravo Quadrant, or do you think mine might be defective?
</p>

<p>
	Thank you!

	Hello,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I recently purchased a Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant from an eBay reseller marketing the unit as open box, used, but fully functional. It arrived and when I tried to plug it in, no lights turned on and it was not detected by my PC. I tried different ports, cables, even another computer, all showed no signs of life on the throttle or the computer. I think I'm going to return it and get a refund but I wanted to take a crack at fixing it first.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I'm <em>decent</em> with electronics, I've repaired a few before but usually just swapping parts and a little soldering. I'd like to troubleshoot this unit, but I need help. Usually I can find websites or videos of teardowns, parts identification, and basic troubleshooting with a google search, but I haven't found anything past getting the screwed-in bottom plate (what I'm calling the plastic body underside of the unit) off. Honeycomb's website directed me to this forum for technical support (the link just sent me to <a href="https://forum.aerosoft.com/" rel="">https://forum.aerosoft.com/</a>), though I'm not convinced I'm in the right place.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I've been able to get the bottom plate off and used a multimeter to check voltage, so far the USB-c port is receiving power and the main wire from the port to the main large PCB is functional. I'm not sure where to go from there, though. I don't see any signs of water or physical damage on the exterior or interior of the unit.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Any help is much appreciated, cheers.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Edit: I was able to get the main board out and am now testing leads on it. Current is coming in, and I'm able to follow it down a couple lines. Only a couple connectors are showing positive current, but I think I need to test the ICs on the board. Any tips here would be the greatest help.

<p>
	I just got a Honeycomb Bravo yesterday, and am loving it, but noticed a problem with it.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	When moving any axis, all the axes start to jitter for about 5 seconds, then stop. (See video) This causes issues in the simulator as the throttle keeps moving even when I take my hand off it.
</p>

<p>

<p>
	Is this normal? If it is, is there anything I can do on the software side to help?

	<span style="background-color:#f7f7f7;color:#111111;font-size:18px;">My yoke had a midpoint drift and a lateral change when pulling back and forth after doing a manual calibration. The solution is to disassemble, tighten all the screws that can be seen, and then plug the wire to do manual calibration, note that after calibrating the right and left axes, when you need to calibrate the front and rear axes, do not move the external handle, but push the internal slider back and forth, so that  can get normal and stable calibration results. Hope that helps.</span>

	I have a Honeycomb Bravo that suffered from the chronic broken wires connecting the throttle lever reverser arms and buttons. A local electronics vendor repaired the wires for me this week and I reassembled the unit without any issues.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	After doing so, throttles 3 and 4 (the center levers, 1-6 from left to right) are no longer aligned. At 0% and 100% they match up, but between 0% and 100% they respond at different rates, as if one lever is faster below 50% and the other lever is faster above 50%. In other words, if both throttles are aligned at 25% of their physical travel, engine 1 will be at 35% but engine 2 will be at 15%; at 75% physical position engine 1 will be at 85% and engine 2 will be at 65%, etc.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Calibration within Windows does not solve this, neither does the restoring to defaults trick in the USB game controller menu.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I opened it back up and confirmed that both throttle levers are correctly positioned in the gears that connect to the potentiometers and move through their full physical travel at the same rate. The only difference between the two that I've been able to discern is that throttle #3 doesn't respond right away when moving it up from 0% whereas throttle #4 does.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Is there any way I can calibrate them besides the default Windows functionality that will sync them back up together?

	Hello,
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I am a pilot that is very new to the simulator space. I recently got the new Honeycomb Charlie rudder pedals and while I was hitting the brakes on a landing the unit slipped on my carpet and the USB connection on the back hit my wall. The USB connector on the PCB lifted and damaged a few of the traces so I likely need a new PCB. I'm certainly willing to buy a new PCB and replace it as it looks simple enough, but the support form on Honeycomb's website seems broken. It doesn't give any indication that the information went through.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Does anyone know of a way to get in touch with them to order replacement components? Email, phone, etc.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Appreciate any help!
</p>

	Dear community members, dear AEROSOFT team!
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Sadly, today, I <u>had to return the third Aerosoft Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant</u> because the <strong>trim wheel was not working properly again</strong> (for the third time).
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	In this thread (<a href="https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/167653-testing-the-honeycomb-bravo-throttle-trimwheel-resolution/" rel="">https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/167653-testing-the-honeycomb-bravo-throttle-trimwheel-resolution/</a>) it says:
</p>

<p>
	<strong><em>"Each full rotation must trigger around 50 pulses per revolution."</em></strong>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	My hardware samples were far off that value (~5 to max. 15 impulses, uneven in each direction, unequal distance per direction, different per each hardware sample).
</p>

<p>
	Here is a video of my second BTQ doing a full revolution played back with 0.25 speed: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aq_XnFtRVbU" rel="external nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aq_XnFtRVbU</a>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	<u><strong>This brings me to ask all of you: is somebody out there with a properly working trim wheel?</strong></u><br />
	(definition according to <a href="https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/167653-testing-the-honeycomb-bravo-throttle-trimwheel-resolution/" rel="">https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/167653-testing-the-honeycomb-bravo-throttle-trimwheel-resolution/</a>)
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	If so: kindly let me know where I could purchase such a seemingly unicorn..
</p>

<p>
	Or: am I expecting too much and it is unofficially known that this forsaken trim wheel never works?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Many thanks to all of you who will contribute constructively!
</p>

<p>
	Over and out
</p>

<p>

	These have both a button to change external lighting, but as soon you switch off then on the power, they go back to their "default" intensity.
</p>

<p>
	Is there a way (except keeping power on...) to save a new default ?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Thanks
