Aerosoft Aircraft A330 NEO

Hi Aerosoft team, I'm experiencing an issue with Tobii head tracking in the A330-900neo. Problem: - Tobii head tracking does not work in the cockpit view of the A330neo. - In the external view, Tobii works normally in the same aircraft. - In all other aircraft (including your A340-600 Pro), Tobii works fine in the cockpit. What I've tried: - Waited until the "Aircraft Loading – please wait until the aircraft systems have finished loading" message disappeared – no change afterwards. - Used "Toggle Head Tracking" and "Eye Tracking Reset" in the standard pilot view – no change. - Reset the cockpit camera. The Aerosoft A330 flight deck modeling looks awesome overall, though a few minor details like missing bolts could definitely be polished up. Would love to see those small tweaks added in a future update!

The Delta model have an issue at file AS_A333NEO_EXT_MIDFUSE_A.

Hi All, steering seems to fail. I have configured for nose wheel steering but this erractic. I notice the left "iPAd" is over the nose wheel steering button, and is this being activated/deactivated as I use the EFB/Ipad. Where is the EFB removal/show switch which I can use to show this? I used the Aerosoft A339 on a long-haul flight from Taipei, Taiwan to Brisbane, which took approximately 9 hours. There were no major problems during the flight, but I did encounter several minor issues that I believe could be improved. First, when using the “DIR TO” function, the aircraft could not immediately make a direct turn toward the selected waypoint. Instead, it would begin turning very slowly, and sometimes the aircraft would initially turn in one direction before gradually correcting itself toward the waypoint. I'm not able to import a simbrief flightplan via the import-function in the CDU. There comes a message "invalid f-pln uplink" in the scratchpad. I guess it has to do with the kind of database; in the menu you can see the airac-cycle "AS2609001", instead of "NG....."(NG for NaviGraph). What can I do to import my navigraph-flightplans via the "init request" function? Where can I take these settings? Thanks Kai

There is an error in the included Condor liveries on the right side of the fuselage and on the right engine. The Condor logo is reversed. The stylized bird should be facing forward, not backward.

Hi, I have noticed some issues: When push "OUTR TK XFR" it start transfer fuel from the outers to main tanks, when I release the button it doesn´t stop transfer, a green triangle remains in fuel page, you need to fix that. When push ELEC HYD pumps, green, blue or yellow, if I shut the pumps in botton button to off position and release it que elec pump comes on, it shouln´t happen, you need to fix it. Best regards

Hi! I created a repaint for the Airbus A330neo and I can't get it to show up in the simulator. Could you please send me an example package so I can make it work and make it available for free? Paintkit only includes PSD files and nothing else to help. EDIT: I already managed to do it on another website.

Hi Aerosoft Teams, I wanted to make a quick feature request regarding the Door 3 configuration on both the A330-300 and Neo series. Currently, only the smaller style seems to be implemented, but many real airlines operate their A330s with the Large Door 3 depending on their seating layouts. Having an option to select between the small exit and Large door would bring a huge boost in realism when flying various airline liveries. I really hope large door option gets added future update.
