Aerosoft A340-600 Pro

I'm running MSFS2024 on a Windows 11 25H2 (build 26200.7628) PC and I have a couple of questions/comments related to the A340-600: 1) Why is the airplane when taxiing and during the take-off run rocking like a boat on a windy day - Captains POV? See attached video. Wind was 350/009 when taxiing towards EKCH runway 04R. Sometimes rocking is worse that captured on the video. Looking from outside, the plane is stable as a rock. 2) I have a separate axis for the tiller (working great on my other commercial jets) but it's very unpredictable/sluggish in reactions to input. For the A340, EFB and replay function. There is one feature that would be really nice, if its possible. When you are doing a replay, it would be great to have a button, maybe called "take control" which lets you end the replay and then fly the airplane from that point in the replay yourself. Lets say you are doing landing practice, or as we sometimes do, we botched a landing, we could rewind the replay and then click "take control" and just fly the final again for another attempt, without having to specifically make a save point on short final.

Does anyone else find the PFD, ND and ECAM screens lagging, like the FPS of them is low? I can’t find a way to increase them like in the PMDG. I’m running a 14900KF, 64gb ram and a 5090 with the sim maxed out and FPS locked at 33. Everything else runs great, just that these screens have poor performance for me. Hey there, I just recently bought and activated the A340 and was wondering why I cannot choose to open or close specific doors for GSX and so on. After I watched other YouTube Videos, I realized that the lower row/half of the EFB Menu was missing (like GROUND SERVICES etc.), I reinstalled a couple of times with no luck. Anything I might be missing? Thanks

During landing the RA callouts do not correspond to the shown altitude on the ND. Especially with a higher sinkrate during flare the RA Callouts can not keep up with the decreasing altitude. If you make a really hard landing to "provoke" this, you can even hear the 10 and 5 callout AFTER touchdown. It seems as if the audio snippets are too long or can not be played quickly enough. Also the Retard sound seems to prohibit the next RA callout to be played.

Hello When I perform a pushback with the engines off, of course, i control the maneuver using the EFB, and the aircraft moves straight backward without the pusher. When I press the left or right button, the aircraft does not turn. Any idea? Regards Marc

Hi Aerosoft and Toliss team Congratulations on getting the A340-600 released I noticed a few small bugs/formatting in the displays 1) During ADIRU align - in the last minute of alignment the ND shows the compass rose but displays MAP NOT AVAIL, there should not be a green current aircraft heading line across the ND 2) Take off ECAM - final item should be T.O CONFIG NORMAL - currently the T.O is missing the “.” and displayed as “TO” 3) LANDING ELEVATION display on cruise page - should be rounded to the nearest 50ft (in other Airbuses). Currently it is rounding to the nearest 10ft. (Sorry this one is quite blurry - but it’s 5500ft for FAOR 03R) Thanks heaps C…

Good morning, Well done Aerosoft and Toliss for the A/C A340-600! Unfortunately I understand with the first push on release there is alot to cover and fix. When reaching FL200 the aircraft starts to freeze up every 2-3 minutes and it requires me to unpause the sim at that point. In the efb there is an active pause setting I am aware of, however this setting is off. I already reinstalled it newly and deleted all the files associated with it thus far the same outcome applies. Is there any chance someone has experienced this ? I am not able to fly at all since the purchase. Warm Regards.

Here are some things I personally would like to see implemented to enhance the addon. -BeyondATC CPDLC integration -Reduce flood light strength -Auto step climbs -GSX integration, doesn't have to be Fenix level but something would be nice -Better optimized terrain radar. Turning it on causes high latency and 5-10 fps drop on my system. -Simbrief standalone weight import with randomized CG. I know you can change it manually, but I like the "randomness". Optimal would be weights synced to GSX. -General art updates (texture/modeling). Not the most important in my opinion, but could be better. Last thing is more of a question, since I am no…

When in level cruise, with NAV on and a simbrief plan loaded, the jump to next waypoint and list of optional next waypoints to select do not become active or work. Any help would be appreciated

Hello I have problems with my Hotas Warthdog throttle for setting up the reverse thrust. I do have all airplanes with buttoms 29+30 for reversers but with the A340 I cannot have it working, Would anyone with a similiar joystick/throttle combo kindly share how to set the reversers on this A340? Just wondering when the first update will be released? I've stopped flying the 346 for the moment until it gets some quality of life updates. The main issues I have are crashing when opening the front door and the lack of GSX integration

Giving a big fat ZERO to the replay mode in the ISCS. EVERY TIME I try to use it and rewind to watch a takeoff or landing I get a black screen on my PC and a message saying, "You collided with an object and crashed". WTF??? How the hell can I collide with an object if I am rewinding an event that already happened??? The Toggle Replay mode in X-Plane is FAR superior. UGH!

Given the price point, the level of detail and accuracy seems noticeably lower than what I expected, and in some areas it appears less refined than previous releases, including your P3D Airbuses. Load the flight plan into the EFB from Simbrief then select the INT button on the FMC . Click R1 from/to and nothing happens?? I do it the same way on all my airbus planes and it works fine. What am I missing?

Multiple encounters of sink rate caution, flight paramaters v/s less than -1000fpm/no excessive RA reduction. Approach was stable throughout Such caution would force flight crew to execute memory item which a go around below 1000FT. I am unsure to which FM the 340 was modeled after but ur Subject experts can confirm its either the Honeywell or ACSS, even so i believed it would trigger such GPWS even in a non event. I have no FDR of the event but i will try to get one soon

Has anyone else had problems setting up their Thrustmaster throttle quadrant? I setup a new config in MSFS2024 similar to what I have for the Fenix products, mapped throttles 1 and 2 to throttle 1 (physical) axis and 3 and 4 to throttle 2 axis. In the aircraft the throttles would only go idle or toga, wouldn't stop anywhere in between. Set the physical detents and clicked ln the relevant detent button in the EFB, saved, but still no change. Set the configuration to manual, adjust the throttle curve to around 0.85 and redid the detent setting - seems to have worked, but would be interested in others experiences.

Hello, I've noticed performance drops when the terrain radar is enabled, especially when the A340 is at cruise level. System: AMD Ryzen 7 9800 X3D Nvidia RTX 4070TI Super 64GB DDR5 RAM The drops are currently only occurring with the A340-600; other add-ons are working fine.

Hello together, if I am flying the A340-600 Pro from the right hand side (first officer point of view) I am much fare away from the instruments compared to the captain´s side. Is there any possibility to change this? Please see attached photo. Thank you for your help in advance.

I found these little bugs which will hopefully be solved in the next updates: the second brightness knob of the ND on the FO side doesn't work the in cockpit printer doesn't work some Navigraph charts don't load when selected in the EFB NAVIGRAPH page (e.g. LEMD AIRPORT chart) the RECENT CHARTS tab in the EFB is bugged (doesn't record charts of the arrival airport etc.) GSX doesn't recognize the aircraft IRS align time setting is missing IMPORTANT AutoStepClimb feature is missing IMPORTANT GLS approaches seem to be not working: I can select them in the MCDU but no GLS channel will ever appear on the PFD and when APPR button is pressed nothing hap…

Hi, so I've done a couple of flights now, one currently ongoing and in both scenarios I have filled the Takeoff performance data according to the data calculated in the EFB and filled out weights in the same manner, when advancing the throttles the plane does not engage Man Flex even though the throttles are in the MCT/Flex detent already calibrated in the EFB, neither does it show in the PFD as Man Flex, consequently the A/T doesn't engage at all and only in the air can I then manually click the A/T button and then it shows only MCT and now allows me to switch to CLMB thrust.
