Aerosoft A340-600 Pro

I had this issue when departing from EGLL. I was able to request PDC and recieve it fine. However, when trying to respond I was hit with send failed after selecting 'Roger' -> 'Send'. Anyone else had this issue or a way to work around it?

Hello, in my EFB in the A340-600, I can download OFPs from short flights, about 1 hour lfight time. Anything more than that and the EFB will not download the OFP. I have tried leaving it for longer times, even leaving it for more than 45 minutes, yet still nothing happens. Is this an issue anyone else has, or has a solution to?

Aircraft will not load. contunuous loading screen with circle revolving bottom right hand corner. And yes, I have tried deleting WASM folder to allow recompile. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling aircraft via Aerosoft One. Also removed potential conflicts from Community folder. Still no joy. Was working fine under SU4. Any ideas or is anybody experiencing same issue? Many thanks

After updating to 1.0.2, the SimBrief function does not work properly. I tried many different scenarios, such as starting a new game at a different airport, a different gate, or even at a different runway. The results are the same. Problem 1 Each time, when I start a new game, EFB will request me to input the SimBrief ID again and again. This ID can not be stored. Problem 2: This is a critical problem. In flight the a/c is shaking briefly (nose up and nose down appr. 3 times) every five minutes, but keeps on track though. Looks almost like a german "Wackeldackel" 😊

In 2D you get a scrollable Speed dial when you hover your mouse over the dial, but in VR you don't get the scrollable action. You have to use middle mouse scrolling in VR to increase or decrease the speed. In 2D you just click once and the dial scrolls automatically.

When I use EFB, I have to first use my Xbox controller to move the cursor to the EFB option, and then I need to press the right button and then the left button very quickly. I don't know if this is normal, and if it’s not, I want to know how to adjust the EFB so that I only need to press the left button once. Also, I cannot use the pushback feature on the MFS2020 toolbar. When I use it with the controller, there is vibration feedback, but the plane does not move. Once I stop using it, it moves forward like a spring until the parking brake takes effect. Additionally, the sound of my plane sometimes has stuttering and distortion for unknown reasons. i get no gear and have had issues with liveries and the whole plane not loading. have reinstalled but still the same.

I don't see any option in the EFB to replicate it externally, such as on a tablet or browser... but is this possible? Thanks

for some reason the liveries from fs .to I download them and install them into the proper folder for fs2024 yet they do not show up in the menu. can anyone help me?

Hi, every time I start a flight in C&D state as default I find the throttles in the CL detent position.

As the title suggest, this is Im sure not only my bone of contention, but many others. Those flaps do not deploy like the real world counterpart its meant to replicate. Can this be given some priority for the next update please guys, C'mon Aerosoft, whatever 3d amendments that need to be applied surely yo u guys would have gotten enough feedback to initialise this. Hi, Every time I take off and switch to AP around 3000ft the plane start to descend slowly and won't stop. Sometimes the landing 'check list' appears as if I initiated landing. Have i forgotten something? Cheers

In the Aerosoft A340-600 the range in my throttle moves only between the Flex MCT to TOGA range. It cannot move down to to Climb or Idle. But using the same control profile in my Inibuilds A340-300 the throttle range goes the full range from Reverse to Idle to TOGA. I have no issue with the throttle range in the Inibuilds A340-300. I have tried re-calibrating the joystick joy.cpl - No help. I have tried re-calibrating the throttle axis in MSFS 2024 settings. Also no help. Dear Aerosoft-Team, at least for me, the Aircraft is currently unusable in VR. The clickspots do not work correctly, once in VR mode. Especially the FCU ist completely unresponsive - but also many switches on the overhead and pedestal do not work correctly. Also the FMS in completely unresponsive in VR. Anyone else experiencing this? Or is there anyone, that is using the A346 in VR without issues at the moment? Thanks for taking it up and BR

Hallo, I have a strange problem in flight. I imported a simbrief flightplane, all comes into the mcdu, including cost index and speeds. But in flight when i use, autothrottle managed speed, my plane only goes 237 knots. This while the speed in the mcdu is pointing to 309 knots... Tried changing the speed manually, but this doesn't work. Setting cost index at a higher lever also doesn't help. On the ecam there is also a warning in orange 'auto flt, a/thr off' While autothrottle is just on normally. Any ideas why my A340 doesn't folow the managed speed? Thanx!

This is my humble Airbus setup. Spent bit of money and lots of time to get a decent home sim setup. NONE of it is working with the Aerosoft A340-600. Working flawlessly with the Fenix A320 and Ini A340. I like the A340-600 but having all this hardware sitting "dead" while flying is a NO GO for me. I am actually very surprised Aerosoft did not factor inn hardware support prior to the release while developing this aircraft. Makes no sense to me at all.

Hi Aerosoft Team, Torsten, according to my knowledge the A340-600 is still running an older FMGEC software IRL. Lufthansa has Smith/Thales FMS2 Std. T2E7 (Rev 2+) for example. That's a pre Release1A version. Airbus A340-600 (FT63) What you have currently modeled is a new + old Frankenstein version. I can offer the Pilots Guide in the Rev 2+ Version (Internet offers only Rev1). It's narrow body, but a lot does match for widebody. Also an A330/A340 FCOM for FMS2 THALES REV2+ T2 is avail. Hello, I’m using the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog throttle with the A340‑600. When I move my physical throttle to idle, the throttle in the cockpit immediately goes into reverse thrust. I tried calibrating the idle position in the EFB, but changing the idle detent there doesn’t affect the throttle behavior at all. How can I set the throttle so that idle stays at idle, without triggering reverse thrust?
