Aerosoft A340-600 Pro

Dear support team, it seems that with the native WinCtrl support the scroll acceleration for the FCU is way to high, a small flick of a knob results in 30,000 ft difference for the altitude selection or over 180 degrees in heading for example. Furthermore i have noticed that after pushing or pulling a knob the counterpart in the sim stays pushed or pulled without returning back to the center position. Thanks a lot and keep up the work.

Hi, Last two days I was trying to fix the issue with Throttle of A340. I have this issue after the latest update. I have assigned throttle 1 and 2 to X axis and throttle 3 and 4 to Y axis. Throttle 3 and 4 looks to work normal. But throttle 1 and 2 seems to be stuck at CL position even at the ideal position of the X56 hardware. I tried to calibrate it and try reassigning. to rule out hardware problem I assigned the 1 and 2 throttle to Y-Axis and vice versa. But nothing seems to work. Anybody else having similar issue and find the solution. Thanks in Advance

Hello, I'm having a problem with the Aerosoft A340-600. When I enter the cockpit in Cold and Dark mode, my tablet is off and I have to manually turn on the batteries for it to power on. I can't find the option to have it automatically powered on. Thank you for your help.

Hi, I'm on MSFS2020 and since the latest update, the plane constantly loads in to the sim without any gear. It is flowating above the ground. Doesnt seem to matter which livery I use, I tried SouthAfrican, Lufthansa100Y(from fs.to) and also the aerosoft house livery but the issue persists. With this error the plane is unflyable

All cargo doors are missing their hydraulic openers, so they open as if by magic. The RAM turbine engine and propeller are separated, and the propeller is stuck in the wing, also in flight. The cabin has lost its carpet but now appears to have marble tiles^^ Cabin windows are frozen and completely scratched at the bottom at 20°C Cabin lighting is missing. after update 1.03 the aircraft does not want to park on the ground but is floating 2 meters above. Anyone else had this problem and know how to solve it? Other planes act normal only this one

Hello! I can't seem to use the 340 after the latest update. The aircraft loads in the sim with no working flightdeck screens and its wings in a constant flexed up state and the aircraft wont move. I have deleted to compiled WASM files, uninstalled and reinstalled and its still not fixed. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The WASM error shown in the screenshot occurs quite often. I would like to know how to resolve this.

When I try to load my SimBrief flight plan into the A340 (with ATSU > AOC MENU > FLT INIT or with INIT REQUEST on the INIT A page), I always get an error saying : "INVALID F-PLN UPLINK". Hi, Every single time When I take off the plane starts climbing normally until after a while it starts descending slowly while it should be climbing. sometimes at 5000ft, sometimes a bit later at for example 11000 ft. This is what in the sim, while the correct ones should be 空航方東國中The sequence of the characters are right, but every single character is mirrored. Please help to look into this. Thank you

The latest update has caused the wing flex to become jerky and unrealistic again. It appears as if the wing lacks inertia and momentum such that it can instantaneously switch from moving in one direction to moving in the other; rather than having to slow down to zero and then begin to move in the other direction. Instead it just jumps.

Hi, I just bought the 340, question .. is the 2 sets of lines running down each of the four side window sun shades a bug or a design choice? Ive never seen these on any model of real Airbus side window sun shades .. and I personally find them ugly and distracting, but hey maybe there are real life shades that look like this on some aircraft, but I'm pretty sure these need to be fixed. I know your working on more realistic night MIP lighting .. maybe you could fix the sunshades too for that update. P.S. I also notice you upholstered the underside of the glare shield .. I noticed an interesting and reproducible performance issue with the A346 in MSFS 2024: With a long-haul flight plan loaded (for example MUC–EWR) and a SID inserted, perform the takeoff normally. Once airborne, switch from managed mode to selected heading mode. At that point, FPS drops noticeably and the sim becomes somewhat stuttery while flying in heading mode outside of managed navigation. This seems to happen only when the loaded flight plan is still long. As soon as I use Direct To and return to managed mode, performance immediately stabilizes again and FPS return to normal. Descending from cruise with FMA indicating THR DES, I hear a repeating engine "spool" sound from low to high pitch. Something that you might hear when on the ground at idle thrust and you apply thrust - That initial spooling sound. When this occurs, the engine indicators are all stable - EPR, N1, and N3. I'm unsure what is triggering the sound but perhaps something to investigate when appropriate. Anyone else notice this?

I use Thrustmaster TWCS HOTAS throttle hardware. This has a single throttle lever with no reverse range. I use F2 and F3 to control reverse. I have calibrated the throttle by recording the current lever positions at IDLE, CL, MCT and TOGA detents and saved the settings. I selected AUTO IDLE and F2/F3 for reverse control, fully manual OFF. Having done this, CL, MCT and TOGA detents match, reverse works as expected, but the idle position is incorrect. If I advance the throttle from idle, the sim throttles do not respond until the hardware lever is at the mid point, i.e. when the input is 0 (my Idle is -1, TOGA is +1). Hello. Over the last 3-4 weeks I have been trying to do well over 12 different flights in the A346 on the open beta. Every single one ending with a WASM-crash. Either on ground or hours into a flight. Every flight. No outlier, it’s way too consistent. So I wanna know if there’s anyway to fly this product at all and fix the problem?

Perhaps a numpty question... I'm in cruise and the wing strobes are single flashing? Is this a feature of the A340-600 to single flash above certain altitude or is this a feature issue? From what I can find online, they should be double flashing.

I am very impressed with the Aerosoft / Toliss A340-600 for msfs24. It is a great simulation and the EFB, avionics and flight model are awesome. I am used to flying the Fenix a320 and noticed that with the Aerosoft /Toliss a340-600 there are no Init pages available in the secondary flight plan - therefore making it impossible to plan a new secondary route from scratch while enroute ? This is not a major issue but I am curious. Does the a340 have INIT pages for the secondary flight plan IRL ? Does the Toliss a340-600 in xplane 12 have INIT pages for the secondary flight plan ?
