Aerosoft A340-600 Pro

We have enabled the option to downgrade the A340-600 Pro to version 1.0.2 via the experimental branch for users that wish to do so. You will need to uninstall the aircraft through Aerosoft One and then reinstall by choosing Install Experimental Release in your library. The downgrade is also available to Contrail users.

It would appear that the update process needs some more thought, having to reactivate every time an update is released is painful, and as we have seen with the latest update, problematic. Thankfully I was able to get through the activation failure by clearing the WASM folder, but this then means that throttle calibrations need to be redone, Navigraph logins re-authenticated etc. There must be a better way, in fact we know there is, other addons don't have to go through this laborious process during updates.

Every time I start up with the Toliss 340-600 the plane is asking for an avtivation. I copy the key from Aerosoft one and then the plane starts working. Today I had the same problem but activating gives an error. Maybe I exceeded the number of activations but activating everytime was annoying but this error keeps me from using the plane. Anyone has a solution for this problem?

Since the 1.0.3 update the A340-600 will cause my sim to freeze at seemingly random intervals but it always remains inevitable. Reloading an autosave will allow me to continue my flight but the simulator will still inevitably freeze up. The freeze is as follows: MSFS 2024 completely freezes, audio keeps playing, my desktop is still responding perfectly ok and the simulator shows up as not responding in the task manager. The only way to close the sim is to end task via task manager. I have not experienced this issue on any other 3rd party aircraft in MSFS 2024 and this issue was not present prior to the 1.0.3 update. There is a cosmetic issue in the awesome Aerosoft ToLiss A346, the ATC MSG CPDLC Korry Switch is not backlit in real life airplane while in the Aerosoft ToLiss A340-600 it is incorrectly backlit. This issue is not present in the XP12 version. I have attached comparison screenshots: the ToLiss A346 panel shows the incorrectly illuminated switch (marked with a red arrow), while reference photos from the real aircraft show the unlit switch (marked with green arrows). Tried with different liveries from flightsim.to, they no longer appear as a variant for the A340-600. Do these liveries need to be updated or something changed related to liveries location?

When I bought this addon I installed Aerosoft One and easily installed the A340 600 in MSFS 2024. I have had to uninstall MSFS2024 as I was having a problem GSX. I have reinstalled MSFS2024 and have tried numerous times to reinstall the A340 600. It installs properly in Aerosoft One but does not appear in MSFS2024 at all. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Does anyone get horrible performance when both terrain radards are turned on? One radar is ok but both are tanking the fps. I have RTX 5090 and I9 14900K. Latest 1.04 version.

And on to the next round. We now have the following faults in version 1.0.4 of MS24. The logo lighting is faulty. It’s supposed to switch on automatically with the navigation lights and when the gear is down, but it stays off. Cabin lighting is faulty from the ECO section of the cabin onwards. Well, they’re paying too little; the neon tubes have probably been removed as a cost-saving measure. The emergency exit signs aren’t lit. Have we somehow lost the seatbelt and no smoking signs? CTD when using the taxi cam if it’s dark outside (Video on request).

Good day, I would like to say that when on VATSIM and using Vpilot (MSFS2024, v. 1.0.3 of the aircraft) pressing Ident on the TCAS/ATC panel in the pedestal, does not activate the relevant button on Vpilot. Is this a bug? Thank you,

Weather radar seems not to work unfortunately. Never ending story! Why? Sorry! I saw now that it seems to work. Just needed bigger clouds obviously. So I can enjoy my favorite aircraft even more. Only thing missing: WINCTRL RMP not working yet. Other WINCTRL peripherals work.

Since the most recent update for the A346, I have noticed an issue with the window textures. They appear to be either iced over or heavily scratched.

Hello, I am running MSFS 2024 latest version with updated aerosoft A340, I also use chaseplane. If I zoom out too much the aircraft sounds cut out. I can still hear wind noise. In the Virtual cockpit. Would it be possible to have the route download option with out the INIT A or INIT B info download - so just the route. Can you have the BARO sync between CAPT and FO but make the STBY independent. Option to sync the two EFISs / FDs / LS buttons. Thank you again for a great product! Cheers,

In the past I ,by accident, got the throttles on the quadrant working ok, but after reinstalling I don't get it right. The reversers will go back when I set the throttle to idle and if I move the throttle forward the reversers only moves Anyone knows how to fix this. It did work in the past

I am absolutely unable to complete any flight. I'm experiencing constant freezes, both on the ground and in the air. I never had any issues of this kind with previous versions, but ever since installing the latest update, the aircraft has become completely unusable for me. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but it happens to me every single time, without exception.

Good afternoon! A340-600 v 1.0.3 freezes along with the simulator as time passes. The trend is unclear, and I don't understand why this is happening. Everything was fine before the update. Dear support team, it seems that with the native WinCtrl support the scroll acceleration for the FCU is way to high, a small flick of a knob results in 30,000 ft difference for the altitude selection or over 180 degrees in heading for example. Furthermore i have noticed that after pushing or pulling a knob the counterpart in the sim stays pushed or pulled without returning back to the center position. Thanks a lot and keep up the work.

Hi, Last two days I was trying to fix the issue with Throttle of A340. I have this issue after the latest update. I have assigned throttle 1 and 2 to X axis and throttle 3 and 4 to Y axis. Throttle 3 and 4 looks to work normal. But throttle 1 and 2 seems to be stuck at CL position even at the ideal position of the X56 hardware. I tried to calibrate it and try reassigning. to rule out hardware problem I assigned the 1 and 2 throttle to Y-Axis and vice versa. But nothing seems to work. Anybody else having similar issue and find the solution. Thanks in Advance

Hello, I'm having a problem with the Aerosoft A340-600. When I enter the cockpit in Cold and Dark mode, my tablet is off and I have to manually turn on the batteries for it to power on. I can't find the option to have it automatically powered on. Thank you for your help.

Hi, I'm on MSFS2020 and since the latest update, the plane constantly loads in to the sim without any gear. It is flowating above the ground. Doesnt seem to matter which livery I use, I tried SouthAfrican, Lufthansa100Y(from fs.to) and also the aerosoft house livery but the issue persists. With this error the plane is unflyable

Here are a few issues with the exterior and cabin models of the A340-600 in version 1.03. See the images. This post was originally on the German forum (Link to Thread), but Aerosoft never addressed it, which is why it is now also available in English in the hope to get adressed. All cargo doors are missing their hydraulic openers, so they open as if by magic. The RAM turbine engine and propeller are separated, and the propeller is stuck in the wing, also in flight. The cabin has lost its carpet but now appears to have marble tiles^^ Cabin windows are frozen and completely scratched at the bottom at 20°C Cabin lighting is missing. after update 1.03 the aircraft does not want to park on the ground but is floating 2 meters above. Anyone else had this problem and know how to solve it? Other planes act normal only this one

Hello! I can't seem to use the 340 after the latest update. The aircraft loads in the sim with no working flightdeck screens and its wings in a constant flexed up state and the aircraft wont move. I have deleted to compiled WASM files, uninstalled and reinstalled and its still not fixed. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The WASM error shown in the screenshot occurs quite often. I would like to know how to resolve this.
