Hardware for X-Plane

Just downloaded xpl12 and purchased honeycomb alpha, Charlie, and sierra. Prop and mixture work, not throttle. Any one know about necessary updates or patches?

Hi, I am having a problem configuring the throttle reversers in X-Plane 12. When I activate the reverser switch for Engine 1 it correctly identifies it as button 7. For Engine 2, I believe it should be button 8, but it comes up as Other Control Btn 1. I don’t think this correct. How are button numbers mapped to physical switches? Any help would be greatly appreciated as Prodesksim support has been less than helpful.
