Hello, As every year, the year is coming to an end. But that's okay, because a new year is just around the corner... I don't want to say too much this year... but a few words are in order. It's still fun to be a moderator on this forum. I have to keep an eye on things, but I hardly ever have to intervene... Everyone here is friendly to each other and helps out or posts experiences (e.g., videos, tips, pictures, etc.) with the X-Plane simulator... in every conceivable form. Thank you very much for that. So I flew in a around the world in 80 days event back in 2017 or 2018 with X-Plane 11 and with X-Plane 12 out I was wandering if there was going to be an event again! Would love to fly it again!

I try to update the XP12 (12.1.2 present version), but I need a product key to continue. The Disk 1 option is not available. Is there any way to get rid of the required Disk 1 for each startup? I don't have a CD drive in my PC, so I have to connect each time a to my PC.

I am an Xplane 12 novice and need help from an advanced user. I have tried several times to follow the direction below but have not successfully copied the lua script to XP12\Resources\plugins\FlyWithLua\Scripts\rxp-xp12-enhancer.lua Microsoft does not allow me to copy and paste in step 2. Please! I am crashing and burning but not learning! I downloaded rxp xp12 enhancer and copied the extracted folder to Cessna 172 folder as instructed. I am having the difficulty of a novice in trying to set up the extracted program. I would appreciate help. I would love to fly with instruments I can see. Cessna_172SP.acf

I have a problem with X-Plane 12. Before I added a lot of different liveries in X-Plane 11 and X-Plane 12. I downloaded it from X-Plane.org and X-Plane.to. Almost all of them worked with no problem. The liveries I downloaded lately (I tried a lot of them) are simply not working and I did exactly the same process like before. I didnt change anything in the game. The maps in the game are all the same with no change. I have no idea why this is happening. Please if you have some advice for solving this problem I would be very very happy. Thank you very much.

Dear Helpers, At first, flying with XP-12 was problem-free. I ignored the notice about available up-dates and I was able to recalibrate my controls and fly as usual. As an airfield creaor, I only make short control flights to inspect installed objects. Later I added available up-dates to the XP-12 and since then I am "grounded". Laminar is looking for a solution since then - after now a week, I am still waiting for a redeeming answer. In the meantime I installed a copy of XP-12 on drive "D" with the same success/failure. Hi Heinz, installing the dvd's from the boxed version, it uses all but dvd 3 that doesn't request it. I provide more information: - I did not have previous version of X-Plane 12 installed because delete it. - On the same hard drive used to install X-Plane 12 I also have X-Plane 11installed. - I installed all the world zones. - The simulator works correctly although there are some planes that do not turn correctly during taxiing. Hello everybody, As agreed with the moderator, I summarize my problem here. I installed a copy of Traffic Global on one "master" PC and a copy on another PC on the same (wired) network for external views. On the external visual PC, after entering the product code for activation (which happens perfectly), a red writing appears that says: "External visual waiting for data from master..." and obviously Traffic Global does not work on that machine .
