Hi Aerosoft, I have just installed the product called AES Creditpack which is supposed to make the jetways perfectly align with any aircraft once I parked at the gate. Installation was successful, but there is an error message. Below is that attached photo of the warning sign. I would appreciate if you could please help me solve this problem. Thanks a lot. Today I downloaded AES base pack (Version 2.45) After installation I received the message "FSX missing Supportpack!" Although I noticed what Tom A320 said about this in his topic of the 29th of October, I read the following in the AES Version 2.45a installer release notes (page 3) Info’s of Version 2.43a: "This new Version is designed to support all variations of the FSX Based Simulators, like FSX APP+SP2, FSX SE and P3D by using the Simconnect Interface instead of Vistamare" I have the Simconnect interface installed on my computer, so I wonder why AES does not work.

Hier gibt es seit September 2017 eine neue Version ( Version 4 ) ! Leider unterstützt AES nur die Version 3. Wann ist eine Anpassung zu erwarten ?

Dear AES Team, I just installed AES 2,40 for FS2004 and install BDOAviation WAAA Hasanuddin . But seem AES Help didn't detect this airport. I check to the airport folder at Aerosoft\AES\Airport\AESA_WAAA_BDO.cfg , there i found search=MKS_TermBase,MKS_Tower. I search at my scenery folder, there are no such MKS_TermBase.bgl for WAAA FS2004. Is there any solution for this? thank you.

Is it possibe in fs9 to move the baggage loaders to the opposite side of the aircraft, for example the Posky CRJ, where the cargo doors are on the passenger loading side thereby allowing them to access the doors rather than the fuselage. Regards

Hello, since a few days ago, I have been experiencing this on my FSX, could someone give me a heads up of what can be? I am going towards it and the distance indicator moves and the positioning moves but the board where it says STOP or TOO FAR is all yellow. I have uninstalled AES by removing all files from AES folder in FSX I have uninstalled addon scenery that I added at the time No error is coming up Thank you.

Could anyone please help me with the configuration for the 788 and 789 from QW I am not sure why this is the only one that doesn't seem to work. I am not blaming AES or QW I just want a solution. Please help

Good morning, I recently experienced some jetway issues at the FSDT Dallas Int'l Airport. When I first activated AES with the FSDT KDFW, it was working just fine. Then when I reloaded my FSX at the same airport, it wasn't working. I reached out for support on the FSDT forums, and they were saying that I needed to reach out for support over on the Aerosoft forums. Is there anyway to help resolve this issue?

hi i just brought the qw 787 and i have installed the aes manual config but its putting the belt loader on the cargo door when it should be a hi loader how can i change this please thanks martin

Hi there, I'm not happy with this. I had credits assigned to Flightbeams KSFOHD, then Flightbeam updated to V2 (thinking my credits would be fine). No, now i have to assign more credits to the scenery which to me is ridiculous. That means that it would be 8 credits just for the same scenery, I have 2x creditpacks but for some reason it says I only have 1 assigned. This is an absolute rip off. Cheers, Josh

AES, the software which gives the key to super functional jetways and double jetways, once just a dream... But Oliver stopped updating because he is very busy, is there any one one the team that can update the software so at least some of the major airports can have jetways etc Gatwick version 4 from UK2000 I hope you guys can bring AES back to life, please don't let AES become WOAI or another great software that dies silently... Everyone loves your product

Hi, When I read all requests for new airports to be serviced, and I see all released new sceneries, for FS9 and FSX, and I notice the latest version 2.45 (january 2017!!), I begin to wonder, "when, o when". I know, Oliver, you are busy with helping updates for P3D v4, but I hope you get more time from AeroSoft to work on your own software instead of theirs.
