Hi Does AES v2.45a support LVER KMIA V4 scenery (FSX)? I have V3 which I know it supports but when I upgraded to V4 (and also bought credits for AES and upgraded to 2.45a) I noticed that it didn't pick up V4 but just V3. Also when I launched v3 scenery and tired to launch AES to get the Demo it didn't launch. I am surprised if it doesn't support it since V4 was released in 2017 and AES 2.45 is very recent. Good morning, For the past week, I've had some issues with AES. I was trying to do a flight out of FSDT KLAX the other day. I noticed that AES wasn't working. So I exited FSX. I opened up the AESHelp for FSX. Then I got this message; "Add-on Scenery "FSDreamTeam Los Angeles Int'l" not found or are not active. Please install or activate in the Scenery Library first." I then went into my downloads to see that it was installed. I'm not sure what's going on. May someone please help me figure this out. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, James Stump

Good afternoon, I'm still having trouble with AES and SODE. Someone told me to "Disable the Airport related SODE xml may help here. SODE as AES soes nothing without having a Airport related config file. Both activ will not work." I wasn't quite sure what he meant. But if I were to delete the things highlighted in blue, would that disable it?

Hi everyone, I just bought AES and activated it at my FlightBeam Studios KSFO scenery. I launched it on a project Airbus A380 and it didn't work. When I would press ctrl shift w, the window would open for a solid .2 seconds and close immediately. I can;t get the jetways to move, and when I changed aircrafts keeping it at sfo, the jetways completely disappeared and the ctrl shift w didn't work anymore. Also as a separate problem, i just bought the imaginesim wsss scenery since it was on the compatible list and it installed great and I've been using it but no such luck with aes not being able to recognize it. Hi, I've come across a bug at LSGG gate 34, the jetway not moving to aircraft. I see in the forum this was highlighted once before and was fixed with Fix LSGG FDT for AES239a only.zip. I've clicked this link and it says the file has been removed. Please could you provide me with a working link to fix the gate issue. Kind regards.

I have some problem with AES : I use FSX - Tropical Sim : TFFF airport everything work perfect on departure : The problem is on arrival : marsheller is ok then nothing more (no jetway,truck ,stair) and the marsheller look like freeze,really strange and that after many uninstall re-install. - FSDG Mauritius : not work with AES only the free scenery from Max Kraus? Steve Tanner here. in regards to the gsx tweaks what is the new procedure. when i ask to start loading passengers both the passengers and cargo start blinking. gsx responds by saying boarding started i see the banner saying that boarding has started i get crew boarded banner then the passenger count never increases from o. the load sheet is 0. what is the correct flow please and thank you. regards steve tanner

The last big must have airport is coming up for FS9, FSX, P3Diddys. It is ......Beijing PEK / ZBAA! Surely AES can come out of hibernation just one more time to fix up this airport.

I use FSX, SP2, AES 2.45a and SODE 6.4 on Windows7. Tromsø X is downloaded today version is 1.04 according to Aerosoftlauncher. Do you have any suggestion? Thank you in advance Frank

Hello, I’m Dandy. I’m an FSX simmer, and also i’m using the Aerosoft AES product legally. Actually i dont have any technical issues, i’m here just want to share my thoughts. Well, talking about ground handling addon, you have competitor which is GSX, i’m not gonna lie that GSX is good, because they do some improvements like visually we can see passengers walking in/out the airplane. But to be honest, AES is still with me for easy and simple reason. Okay let’s go to the point, can we simmers get something new from Aerosoft AES? I have so many expectations, please let me know if Aerosoft has planned something for this stuff. Thank you and have a nice day.

Hello, Having just purchased AES, I am having problems with my QW 757 which I hope somebody can help with? Each time I load fsx and the qw757, and then configure the aircraft parameters ( cargo doors specifically), I have an error popup message when I save: Error writing Intelliscene.cfg:SimObjects\Airpalnes\QualityWings 757 Passenger Errorcode: Path/File access error Any tips please? I have read your post on these airports and I am still having the same problem with them showing up in AES. The first time I solved the problem on my own but have since had to reinstall due to harddrive breaking. I think it might be as simple as changing the path of where the airports are located in the add on scenery file. And yes I have downloaded and installed the updates if anyone asks.

For those who have updated their TropicalSim LPPD airport to the latest 2019 version, here is how to keep AES working with that version: 1. Look for the file AESA_LPPD_TPS.CFG file in the main Aerosoft/AES/AIRPORT folder. 2. Open it with Notepad and edit the 3 lines DEFAULT=..., SEARCH9=..., AND SEARCHX=... as follows: DEFAULT=TropicalSim\LPPD2019 SEARCH9=lppd2019_lib_fsx,lppd2019_placers SEARCHX=lppd2019_lib_fsx,CVX_lppd2019apt Save and close the file. You're done. Eventually, open AESHelp and resync/repair the database. Have fun... and safe landings at LPPD.

Hi Guys, I have installed LFML X 2013 on my FSX and have 2 jetways for each gate. Perfect! So I happily activated AES for it, now I have 4 jetways at each gate! How do I resolve this?

To FrankF... and all other fellow flightsimmers: Below is the trick to make AES work with the latest LEBB 2018 by tropicalSim: 1) Open the "Airport" folder of the main "AES" folder located in your "FSX/Aerosoft" folder. 2) Look for the file AESA_LEBB_TPS.cfg 3) Open it (with wordpad) and edit the 3 lines DEFAULT=..., SEARCH=... and SEARCHX=... as follows: DEFAULT=TropicalSim\LEBB2018 SEARCH=lebb2018_jetwaystatic_fsx_placer SEARCHX=lebb2018_fsx_lib 4) Save the file and close the folder You're done.
