Those who know how FS add-ons are developed will be surprised so many developers use game controllers. But there is logic behind that. Personally if I just have to check something out quickly I also pick up my controller, it is perfectly possible to fly with it (yes, it is) and it leaves my desk clear of a heap of hardware. After all, try to get some work done here: But there is another reason why I use a X-box controller. There are bloody ideal to manipulate views and the drone (and even slow mode). Very intuitive after an hour and you can very quickly move at very high speed around an airport to check it out, or to move your view around the airc…

I am thinking of buying the Alpha Lite for a desktop sim setup. Size is therefore a key consideration. What are the dimensions of the Alpha Lite "box" not counting the yoke and shaft? Thanks.

I just bought a new Bravo Lite because my regular Bravo controller had started doing weird things. Now I find that despite my following all the tutorials about how to assign the flaps axis and the reversers, they don't work, nor do the trim buttons. I have tried removing the assignments and redoing them countless times, but I still have the same problem. Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? TIA Mike Update: I discovered that the Fenix required the configuration of the flaps, so that works now. The trim is still not working though

Hello, I have been searching all over but have not found the information I'm looking for. How do I assign a button to act as a mouse click on the Honeycomb Echo controller. This is needed in order to interact with touchscreens inside the plane. For the life of me I cannot find a corresponding profile assignment in MSFS 2020. Thanks, Another

I just updated MSFS 2024 this morning to their most current Beta Edition. And I was sort of hoping to see the program supporting the Bravo Lite. But it didn't really surprise me that they were not supported at all. Whose fault is this? Is it Microsoft or is it Honeycomb? Most people have pointed the finger at Honeycomb. But it could very well be that Microsoft plays a part in this also. Needless to say I'm sure I am not the only Flight Simmer who was disappointed this afternoon!!!

I have verified that this is occurring in MSFS2020/2024 and in any aircraft I fly. When I try to calibrate, it does not pitch all the way back like when I pitch forward. Started happening about a week ago. Changed flight stick and pitching back works fine in all aircraft.

Hi, I have just received a Honeycomb Foxtrot Stick and installed the FS2024 profile. It's early days, but thus far I am very happy with it. The one thing I have found annoying though, is that it has a dull click when it passes through the axis centre position. Has anyone else experienced this happening? Any comments appreciated... Cheers, Alan

Hello! I'm having an issue with MSFS 2024. When the Bravo is connected, the engine keeps starting and shutting down. I've tried different usb cables and different slots but I still have this issue. Sometimes it goes away. Also when the quadrant is plugged in, it causes issues with other games like a key is being held down. Any ideas?

I am using the Echo Aviation Controller and mapping it for the L-39. Control assignments are pretty easy but the one exception is that only "digital" inputs are allowed under "Gears" Up/Down and I cannot bind the purpose-built mechanical gear switch in the controller, it seems to recognise the button numbers for Up/Down but they don't "stick". I can use another, non mechanical button but it's not ideal. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Greetings all! After a two-year pre-order delay, I finally received my Charlie rudder Pedals and they are a great product. Unfortunately, the instructions and video reviews only mention placing the rudder pedals on a flat surface or carpet, it doesn't mention any instructions about mounting it on a flight deck rig which is my case. The picture I have included below is from the bottom of the Charlie Rudder Pedals and it does seem to include a screw mounting hole. Could anyone confirm this is the case? If so, would anyone know what size of screw it is for? I have tried with M5 (doesn't fit - too-thin), M6 (doesn't fit - too-thick). Without some sort …

Hello, I've been hunting down a fix for this issue for a few days and this seems like the place to get some help! I am trying to install the drivers for the Honeywell Bravo unit to get the LED's functional, and running into an issue I've seen reproduced online a few times. The installer is looking in folders that do not exist for my version of MSFS2024 (Purchased through the Xbox / Windows games store) for the UserCfg.Opt file. In scouring the web, I found another user on this forum who had similar challenges and was given a modified installer for the drivers. My UserCfg.opt folder is located in: C:\Users\*user*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.F…

Hello there, my personal PC is 100% Linux and I use steam to fly MSFS. Just got the alpha and bravo kit and commands are working once you explain to wine that your bravo HC is an hid device and not an xbox controller (there are a few keys to change in the reigistry and the bravo is recognized as such with no further issue). Howevere I am not able to make the lights work with the bridge program. Is there a way to make them work in this configuration? I have tried better bravo lights but no success neither. For the AFC_Bridge program, can you explain which environment it expects? (.net or other libraries that I could install with winetricks?)

Hi there, does anybody out there know how to correct left-leaning tendency with the Honeycomb Alpha Yoke and MSFS 2024? I hear that I should be able to fly at cruise "hands off" for at least 10 seconds. Currently, with the Yoke in center position, I move left from 360 degrees, 359, 358 etc.... and the only way I can keep the yoke even is by pressing on the left side of the yoke very slightly with my left ring-finger or pinky and holding it there. I have heard that this is not a P-factor issue at cruise and it should fly straight. I have tried to fix the problem by going under "game controllers" in Windows and moving the center circle slightly to the right but t…

I am planning to use 6 Instrument Panels and I have already experienced that those 6 Instrument Panels connected to the same USB 3.0 active hub with 10 sockets power via the USB connection The hub can supply 12Vx3A or 36W. Each panel seems to need 5Vx0,5A or 2,5W so that 6 Instrument Panel need 15W. When I did plug the 6 Panels to the same hub, just need less than 50% of the power the hub can deliver they partly stayed off. Does anybody have experience connecting 6 Instrument Panels to a single hub?

The reverse switches at both ends of the small reverser levers do not show up in windows calibration screen as the other buttons do. Therefore they do not function in MSFS 2024. The 2024 driver for lights has been downloaded and all other functions seem to work. AFC Bridge is installed. Don't know what to do.

Not sure if this happens after installing new FS2024 software or what, but at this point the only funtion that's working on the yoke is the actual yoke, no camera no electric trim. is there a video that can shown me how to reset this on youtube. I did a research, but I can only find videos for the throllle. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you Adib

After installing the latest honeycomb bravo driver, I can no longer control the autopilot on the C90 with either the bravo, or by using the mouse. This fault only occurs in career mode. Any advice? I've uninstalled AFC bridge and re installed MSFS 2024, problem persists.
