Ich habe die Twin Otter im Aerosoft Shop gekauft wie ein paar andere Produkte.Die kann ich allesamt im MSFS 2024 installieren.

Bei der Twin Otter geht das nicht.Hatte sie sogar mal doppelt gekauft und selbst via SimMarket wo ich sie auch habe geht es nicht!

Gibt es eine Lösung oder kann ich sie echt nur im MSFS 2020 benutzen?

Just a theory but has the Twin Otter been sold to Asobo/Microsoft so it's a default in MSFS 2024?

Hi, there.

This has occurred twice, and it happens only with gears up. The squares follow the gears as they are coming up, and if I put them down, the squares go away following the gears.

Mit gestrigem Datum habe ich bemerkt, dass dieses Flugzeug entfernt wurde und nicht mehr käuflich erworben werden kann.

Really sorry in advance but im having problems re installing my boxed version of the Twin otter 2008 it comes up with the message dhc twin otter is already installed uninstall current version.

i know i should buy the new version but i cant afford it yet so i was hoping to get this one back in FSX.

i uninstalled it from the program and features and i checked every where i could think of even CFG and registry but i must be missing some thing as its still thinking its installed.

I found a old post from back in 2013 and it had the same problem and it was solved but the thread has disappeared.

Can anyone guide me through this or is it to old and there is no support.

i have over 25 addons from aerosoft and this was the only one i had problems with.

I had the Twin Otter on an old computer. I understand it is not in the Marketplace anymore and the plane has been sold to another company.

What are my options for getting the software I paid for installed on my new computer?

When I am asked the location of the flight simulator, I put that in and it says it "cannot find" the flight simulator. My flight simulator is located at:

s:/steam/steamapps/common/MicrosoftFlightSimulator/ and the exe program is in this folder.

The above is what I use to start FS2020, how do I get the install package to "see this"?

I noticed that the Twin Otter is still available for purchase on the Orbx Central store, despite it being removed from the Marketplace. Is this intentional, or in error?

Is Aerosoft going to continue supporting Twin Otter purchases made on the Orbx store and elsewhere that isn’t the MSFS Marketplace?

Twin Otter binding for fuel selector

has anyone got the binding for the fuel selector switch (norm,both aft, both fwd) in the twin otter?
I tried everything I can imagine (using spad.next) and I remember I got it to work some time ago, but cant get it to work anymore now. I am having trouble finding the right variable to write in the interior.xml lvar to bvar translation. I think it was "DHC6_FUEL_CONFIG"...

Or maybe anybody knows another way to bind this switch? Any help much appreciated. thanks !

Sorry to hear of the removal of the Twotter but glad to hear that support is on going. Query: will the latest update available be pushed to the MSFS market place? I'm still on an earlier one. I understand that updates to the MP take time but with their recent adjustment of the marketplace "rules" in that they are letting developers self regulate I was hoping that your goodself would be able to shove it through when you wanted. I thought I'd do a flight in the Twin Otter. I haven't flown it in a long time. I'm noticing continuous pitch oscillations in flight with autopilot engaged. Anyone else noticing this?

VOR display fails for unknown reasons

GNS shows VOR reception (data field is updated, indicates correct station ID and radial), yet VOR display is flagged and seems to have no signal.

The GNS is the WT one, yet the VOR display failing to display anything is the Twotter one.

GNS530/430 doesn't refresh nearest items

After departing KBOS westbound, I noticed that the nearest VOR station list only updates the distance, yet the actual list was never refreshed by replacing stations with actual nearest stations.
Now after 2 hours, arriving at Buffalo, NY, the list still only shows the initial set of stations, the "closest" being 240+ NM away.
Nearest airports and NDB lists face the same problem.

Not sure if this is a problem with the WT GNS or connected to the Twotter itself.

Thousands incrementing altimeter

Hello, I have a problem with the DHC-6 altimeter. Thousands incrementing does not work. For example: 2.500 feet is displayed as 0.500. Only the DHC6-300 Tundra Wheels PAX model does not have this problem... Is there a solution to fix this?
