About This File

This is my first profile for the Honeycomb Bravo Throttle and Yoke. Every single annunciator, knob and button should work as intended, the only things you should configure in x-plane are the 2 axis for the throttles, the axis for the speedbrake and the axis for roll and pitch on the yoke, every other setting should be set to "do nothing".

The only thing that for now doesn't work is the low fuel pressure annunciator because i didn't find a way to make it work as it should, any suggestion on this topic is greatly appreciated.

I hope you guys will enjoy flying this fantastic plane with this new profile.

Please leave a comment and/or a review if you like my work or if you want me to work on other profiles.

Nice work LordWilbur!   I appreciate your attention to MD80 and details!

Would you mind being more specific on your update log? I just modified your original file, now there is 1.1.3 and looking through the json code I'm not seeing what is different for Bravo quadrant. I'm certain there are enhancements, I just need to weigh if they are substantial enough to go again and put in my edits I need for my rig.

Again, thank you for your work.

Again, thank you for your work.

Only changed condition checks from for example "=0" to "0" cause the "=" is not needed, and some other change on the rotary increase/decrease knob variables and repeat timing that seemed to work better (for example  changed the ALT variable so that now works always with increments of 100 feet)

Any possibility of getting a Leonardo FlyTheMaddog Alpha and Bravo profile for P3D?

Unfortunately i don't have P3D and the Leonardo version of the MD-80 so i cannot work on it, sorry.

Thank you, I appreciate that.

Here is what I have modified on your really great configuration:

  1. Boundled Left and Right Hydraulic pumps, into "L & R Hyd Pump Low", and "L & R Hyd Pump High". High will not work unless Low is already turned on. This way we have cleared the last two switches on the right side of the bravo, which I like to keep for tasks associated with landing:
  2. Assigned "Speedbrake Arm", and "Autobrake Arm" to the switches 30-33.
  3. Since I use existing lua script to convert flap handle ratio to value usable on Bravo's flap axis, the Flap leveler is available for something else - I just made windshield wipers work from 0-3 position.

Here is the Bravo profile you created, with my customizations

I have moved all Electrical and Light commands to Saitek's Switch panel; The single engine Saitek quadrant is used for Engine start/stop, parking brake and few others. Most of aviating is done via commands on Bravo Quadrant.

If anyone has suggestions for improvements, you have my attention.
