Sorry there isn't any news on this texture as I believe the developer has not been notified about it yet, please make a legible screenshot with the co-ordinates showing so we know exactly where it is please as with large airports it can be difficult to find the objects that are being referred to. Having just looked I see the vehicle in question is moving, but this can sometimes happen depending on type of model used, Looking at the texture I believe this to be the case so you will see one side reversed. I mentioned the reason why this is happening, its due to the way the models are made and the textures are mirrored on the one side. You will find this happens with some of the default planes too.
