It has boxes to input aircraft/hr, crew/hr which I kinda get but I'm not sure on the delay ones. I saw them listed in the .23 changelog Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Aircraft Operating Series – Aircraft Operating Expenses I would guess that fuel comes around 600-900€ per ton depending on airline and region.
