Hi,

Am new to FDC,

Having this error msg when trying to connect to fsx,

Error:429 - ActiveX component can't create object in 'SetupDirectSound' routine

Can someone please help.

Hi David,

did you update FDC to 3.14 ?

you can find the accumulative update installer here :

http://www.ocs-support.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=391

and do not install FDC in the Program Files folder, but to it's own folder like C:/FDC

if that does not work, go to the Oncourse Software forum here :
