Activation error - no support response

Hi,

I had to reinstall Windows a few times and now I get when attempting to activate this error:

I've always used the Disable license in PFPX before reinstalling Windows.

I wrote to support FlightSimSoft.com few weeks back, but received no reply. Who can I to contact with my problem? I expect an extension of my paid Server subscription when it can not be used because Support does not work.

It wasn't clear that you submitted a support ticket to FlightsimSoft Tomas hence my suggestion. The help link from within PFPX appears to take you to Aerosoft support, whether the two systems are interlinked I couldn't say.
