supera380 12
Jonas, Is there any more news on the v1.06 update for the boxed version and is there also another update on it's way for Oslo? Can you clarify, please? Thanks
chicken_3h 7
Hi Scholli. Would you be so kind and give a hint where we can find Update 1.07? Finding the most current version for an Aerosoft product can be a real tough job. For instance: - Oslo v2 product page shows version 1.06 for downloads and 1.04 for the boxed version, but no hint, where boxed buyers can get an update for their version. - Support / Updates database does not show ANY version number except "current DVD version: 1.04" and an updated config tool without a hint for which version this is meant to be and why users should install this or which issues this should fix. - The entry of "my downloads" for MA Oslo v2 in the customer account is also 1.06 - A changelog is missing everywhere in these locations, so how should i know if an issue has been fixed? And the forum accomodates quite a few Oslo v2 threads. Still. This has to be improved definitely in the future. It's not a sign of good support that customers have to search 5 different locations (Download account, Product page, Updates database and the german or english forum, depending on your residence country) to find a hint on the latest version. Put all future updates into one place first - and that should be the Updates database. Place a note on the product page and an information sticky in the forum (at least english), provide a changelog at least in the patch download or better in the info thread. And please and stick to this procedure. That would help very much. Unfortunately Oslo is not the only case for this situation.
