Some Jetways missing at LEMD Aerosoft 2008

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I have recently bought a new Hard Disc and I have moved FSX into it. Once I have completely deleted FSX and all of the addons from my former HD and have installed to the new one, I have found an issue at LEMD scenery from Aerosoft, which I think must be related to AES.

The point is that all jetways at Terminal 3 do not show any texture. Instead they appear like transparent (please take a look at some screenshots below which are self-explanatory).

The most weird of all this, is that it only happens at the jetways at Terminal 3. All other jetways on the airport appear normally.

This situation didn't happen before when I had FSX installed in my other HD. Is there any suggestion of how to solve this problem please? If you need more details, please let me know.

Thanks in advance

Looks like something is wrong with the scenery of Madrid, I can't reproduce this issue.

Start AESHelp and click on the LEMD Airport to set it to OFF. The restart the FSX and check if the jetways of the scenery (without AES) looks correct.

Deinstall the scenery, check if anything is removed regarding "Madrid Barajas 2008" below the Aerosoft Folder and then install the scenery again.

This is a Problem with DX10. With DX9 = OK

Thanks Peter,

yes I see the issue now in DX10 Preview. It is a wrong file format of a BMP in the scenery.

Please unzip the attached file into the <FS>\Aerosoft\Madrid Barajas 2008\texture and replace the original file, then the issue is fixed in DX10 mode too.

Fix for LEMD Texture.zip
