DetCord 1539
As some of you may know from various FS forums, I'm currently contracted to KLM to design a King's Day Livery. I've done it, it's almost complete. Essentially... Have to get this out of the way though. This livery, in it's current form, remains the property of KLM/Royal Dutch Airlines. I have been given permission from KLM to upload this livery for FS enthusiasts to enjoy. Any attempt to copy, edit, or reproduce will be met with legal ramifications. This livery scheme remains the exclusive property of Royal Dutch Airlines CRM/RED/AFKLM © 2015 KLM-Royal Dutch Airlines http://www.vfhaven.com/index.php?resources/boeing-777-300-klm-royal-dutch-airlines-kings-day-ph-bvk.17/

PatrickZ 300
Nice! Shouldn't the KLM logos on the tail and engines also be in orange? It seems strange to see those in blue with the rest of the aircraft in orange.
Rafal Haczek 1612
It seems strange to see those in blue with the rest of the aircraft in orange. I personally agree with you. But at the same time as orange is more pale than blue, it could be too week to be distinctive. So probably the orange letters would have to have some kind of black rim (could even be interesting on the other hand). Or the whole tail / engines should also be orange with white letters - though in that case it could bee too Braniff / Mango like!
Kiber 8
Kinda boring in my opinion, just slapped on a orange color instead of blue. Did KLM ask you to do it this way or are you free do design something yourself? ps: Kingsday was 27 april..
Rafal Haczek 1612
are you free do design something yourself? As fas as I know everyone is free to design anything.

amahran 608
May I recommend it sort of fading from orange to blue towards the rear end of the aircraft to stay true to the distinctively blue KLM logo on the tail? That's my personal recommendation to solving that blue/orange conflict.

Did KLM ask you to do it this way or are you free do design something yourself? Contracted via a third-party that does aviation branding. I took the specs they supplied and applied them to the EXTR model, then transferred them to FS. ps: Kingsday was 27 april.. It's for next year.
