AdrianoN 75 Posted May 27, 2015 Share Posted May 27, 2015 I am experiencing some issues with GO AROUND procedure: when I initiate a Touch and GO, I don't get the GO AROUND page on FMGS. Not sure why. I'm doing nothing wrong. I touch down, pull the trust levers to TOGA and climb, but the go around page doesn't appear. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Depending on how long you were 'weight on wheels' during your touch the aircraft will revert to it's ground mode and can not go into the GA phase again. Next to that, and I do not want to sound defensive here, but a touch and go is not considered an SOP by AS and Airbus. Therefor AS did not model it. Sure you can fly one but the product was not envisioned for such operation. The RW airbus wasn't either. It is some time ago that I flew real touch and goes in an A320 but what I remember from it hadn't anything to do with normal ops. You have the autodeleting FPLN, trim back to zero and flapsetting changes among others to deal with. Hope this answers your question to some extend.
