Direct lift control

You need to assign a button on your stick or throttle to FSX command floats(retract), it's used during landing to decrease speed and increase AOA, as a bonus it keeps engine RPM higher for better response. When on short finals Deploy DLC to aid landing. If full throttle is applied both airbreak and DLC will retract automatically if you need to wave off.

The currently modeled DLC does not work like the the real world version. The real DLC uses the inboard spoilers and a switch on the stick to move the spoilers from +15 to -4.5 degrees, so instead of moving the stick to make a small attitude change (ball,AoA,line up..repeat for landing on the boat), just use your thumb. Right now we have DLC on or off, so you should be ready for the additional drag that comes on even with the normal airbrake deployed in the landing config. One would just vary the amount of lift needed to correct glide slope deviations. Based on what Aerosoft has done now and the limitations of FSX, not sure if we can get his modeled correctly, I don't have P3D yet so not sure there.
