bensmini 0 Posted December 12, 2014 Share Posted December 12, 2014 My problem is that I can't get the airport sevices (deboardiing, catering, waterservice, etc., etc) to work. As I have 12 Aerosoft, and another 13 airports from various providers all with AES installed, as you can see it's a problem. Fortunately the jetways work and the baggage handling equipment and stairways show up. When you press Ctrl+Shift+W nothing happens. At one time a few months back the lead banner popped up but the various services blinked briefly on screen but immediately disappeared. Now nothing happens. At one time everything worked and nothing has been done to cause this failure. I spent 3 weeks going back and forth AES tech support and tried all their suggestions, none of them worked. I have redownloaded AES a dozen times, no solution. So I have come here to the forum to ask the help of my fellow simmers, and perhaps Herr O. Pabst might see this and chip in his solution. Pressing F1-F4 produces nothing but the reverse thrust from F2, and one of them set the plane in motion. ???? Any other ideas? Alaex 145 Posted December 16, 2014 Share Posted December 16, 2014 Hey, i just want to make some things clear. By pressing "CTRL+SHIFT+W" a very thin and transparent window should open. It opens definetely for me but i have to enlarge it everytime (which is super annoying). I am curious as to the fact that AES does not show up on my Contol Panel as an installed program. Does it show up on any one elses? I have downloaded at least 4 times. I can do the first check list with the co-pilot on auto but then it states follow AES instructions. Pressing Ctrl+Shift+W does nothing what so ever. I did set my EzayDok cameras from F4-F12 but surely I would see the initial Ctrl+Shift+W window? I have no idea what to do as you cant move to push back, so I'm frustratingly stuck.
