lights control assignements

hi, i have assigned some keys to control switch for lights in the in the Standard control file in this way

<Down>LANDING_LIGHTS_TOGGLE</Down>
</Entry>

but it works only for the switches with two position (nav beacon pannel). how can i fix the problem for switches with 3 different positions (strobe taxi landing)?
