zhaogazza 0
Just purchased the A318/319 package and the A320/321 package, but the N1 of A319 never goes over 85% in TOGA mode, which makes me difficult to maintain a V2+15kts speed during takeoff. However, the N1 is normal in A320 and 321. (over 90%) in TOGA mode As I know the A319 has better takeoff performance than the A320, so I think there might be problems with the A319 Anyone realizes the same as I did? Emi 5161
The A319s engines are rated down compared to the A320s engines, so you adchieve less thrust. That's normal and as it should be.
zhaogazza 0
thanks for your reply But what I mean is that the N1 of A319 never goes over 85% in TOGA mode, do you think that is normal? As the additional thrust is really needed in high altitude airports, and as far as I know most of the carriers are using A319 in high altitude airports since the A319 has better takeoff performance in these airports than the A320s. But now the Aerosoft A320 has better takeoff performance than the Aerosoft A319 in every airport The A319s engines are rated down compared to the A320s engines, so you adchieve less thrust. That's normal and as it should be.
