Some of the problems I am having are although AES cannot find any of the mega airports installed Aerosoft launcher can and I can even see EGLL XTREME on my hard drive. On further checking 1) I have 2 Mallorca X on my hard drive (don't know how that happened, but its very possible I applied credits to the wrong airport) 2) I just found out that all my traffic lights for my mega airports are red 3) I purchased a 10 credit pack from AES I have applied all of them but none of my airports work Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your problems could be due to insufficient access rights. Regarding your other problems. it seems that you have a completely messed up FSX installation. My AES disappeared for some reason so I downloaded it again 2.37 version and bought 10 more credits but this time it shows me Disconnected in red at the top of the AES menu, which now makes 20 credits that I have bought and no airport has been successfully unlocked yet. Do you know of anyone that can offer me personal support, which I will pay for. The problem that I have, is that I have a lot of contacts in the flight sim community but they fly light aircraft and they cannot assist me in this instance.
