Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted October 30, 2014 Aerosoft Share Posted October 30, 2014 Here is a nice shortcut! If you need to enter a long flightplan with loads of airways (in the airways page) you can leave out the waypoints and just insert the airways! So instead of: LSKL LSKR AWY1 WAYP1 AWY2 WAYP2 AWY3 WAYP3 AWY4 WAYP4 Just enter the left column, the software will find the waypoints where the airways meet LSKL LSKR AWY1 AWY2 AWY3 AWY4 You'll see this can save a lot of time (and those pesky typo's). S_D 40
Thanks for this! Also, is there a way to 'scroll' a long list of airways/waypoints when entering a lot or do you have to insert a full page then insert it into a flight plan then put the next 5 in etc? tup61 185
That's how the things works, sorry! Good to know: I was wondering about that too and thought I maybe missed something. And btw a great tip: gave it a try yesterday and it worked like a charm! Saves a lot of typing indeed!
