Geoff S 0
Hi folks I notice the original thread has been closed. Unfortunately the hot fix 1.12b did not work for me, although it appears to have worked for others. I know the advice seems to be a fresh install of FSX, is that really nessessary, that could take days . My fsx.cfg only has the himemfix, that's it Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
skytrain 0
The problem wasn't solved for me either. I did some testing: 1) load an IAE model with throttle above idle 2) aircraft is rolling after loading 3) apply parking brake 4) aircraft stops 5) release parking brake (throttle is still above idle) 6) aircraft continues rolling > All OK However, if at step 3) I bring the aircraft to a complete stop using the toe brakes instead of the parking brake, it then won't move again, whatever I do (even at full throttle). To repeat, this doesn't happen with the CFM model and wasn't an issue with version 1.0. Very strange... For the moment I'll have to avoid the IAE variants, as I'm not keen on doing a complete reinstall (P3D 2.4).
Joshua Che. 1601
I am 95% sure the hotfix is not installed properly if you see no difference. There is no point comparing CFM and IAE as they use different ground dynamics. Also state if you use fsuipc for any axis calibration or assignment for brakes Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk
